We visited family for the weekend and decided to stay here because of the reasonable price point. For the price it was a good stay. Another recent trip to a different location was much worse so we were happy to have a better experience. That being said, this site was clean, the bed was softer than we like, but decent enough. The room was clean; the shower and toilet share a very small space so that felt cramped. Not a lot of places to hang a towel or your clothing as you step out of the shower. Toilet, one hook, the floor, and the bar on the shower door. I don't much like standing on top of a drain when I shower either, but it was clean with decent water pressure. Closet was pretty small, the vanity was nice. Not a lot of room around the bed to walk but that wasn't a deal breaker. Nice size couch/office/living area in the room. Breakfast was okay... it was free so you can't complain a lot. The scrambled eggs were dry and crumbly. Waffles/pancakes were cold with cold syrup so they were just sticky. I've been at other Hyatt Place locations with much better/diverse options, and hot food. The coffee/tea stand was in a spot that you can't "move through" - when you're there getting your coffee, you're blocked in if there is a line of other people waiting. You just have to fill your cup and grab your accoutrements (cream, sugar, honey, etc.) and go which which is easy to do because everything is "grab-able." Fix your coffee at your table, not at the coffee station. One guy stood there for five minutes with a line of people waiting while he unwrapped and poured over 10 packets of sugar in his cup (and the cups are SMALL). He just stood there, pile of empty sugar packets accumulating next to his cup, then he picked them all up when he left, leaving a pile of sugar on the counter so everyone else who came up and wanted to set their cup down would have to deal with setting it in a bunch of spilled sugar. Anyway, it would be better if that were in a location that allowed for movement all around the counter. Parking was available, but the lot behind the hotel is pretty small, and the desk wasn't good about letting guests know that the lot isn't private for guests, and that everyone and their mother from the public would park there on sports event nights. We stayed three nights, two of which were on the same nights as hockey and basketball games, so there was no where to park when we returned at 8 or 9pm. Apparently the hotel will validate parking if you park in the lot down and behind the hotel (that is for another building) but that wasn't made clear either. We ended up parking there and then coming in to the desk to ask them if they were still going to charge us when we had to park somewhere else before they said, oh yeah, here's a validation ticket. Whatever! Overall though, I was pleased to stay at a clean hotel that was generally quiet unless all the sports people were leaving the game, at which point it was pretty noisy on the street side of the hotel between about 8pm and 12pm.

Bring your own pillow. They use those terrible lumpy square ones, so if you want to sleep, bring your own. Breakfast was meh. Not much I could eat due to celiacs. The room was huge and beautiful. The couch was so lovely and very comfortable. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. They have better than average hotel coffee too!

The room was great and the location was surprisingly good. I was there to spend time at the Family Search library and to attend RootsTech and I found that the walk was only a few minutes longer than if I had stayed at my usual spot at the Radisson. The price was good, the room was excellent, the breakfast was basic but exactly what I needed with steel cut oats, eggs, fruit and protein. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Great experience!

Only a block walk to the Delta Center. It was easy to find from the freeway. As always, the bed a pillows are comfy and the continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Every single employee we had contact with greeted us with a smile with Outstanding customer service. We'll done!

The hotel itself is nice and the staff were friendly, but we were woken up several times throughout the night by trains going by and blowing their horns. They were so loud! I would not recommend this hotel, just because of the train noise at night.
