Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City I 80 I 15 Down

Great hotel. I was surprised how great it is. Super clean. The old reviews are wrong. This place is totally remodeled. Breakfast was nice. Also staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location if you are skiing at Park city and Alta/snowbird/Brighton.

Very kind and accomodating staff, they let us check in early. Great night of sleep at this great establishment. Not only this, but the location is very good and my family and I were able to visut some sights with very short Uber rides. Overall a wonderful experience.

Charged initially for soiled sheets, blood. $250. Then $120. I asked why? They throw away sheets with blood on them because they don't use hot water to wash their linens. The charge shows and from their own words. 12/03/24 that it's unlawful to not wash their linens in hot water. My wife got sick and was throwing up. Im looking into getting that money refunded! Gross.

The room was excellent and very clean! The bed was not to firm or soft, just right for me. The pillows were also perfect for me. It exceeded my expectations. I parked on the south side of the building. It was well lit and it felt safe. I did not get to eat breakfast there. But the dining room was clean and food looked good. Would I stay there again? *Please do not read past reviews for this location.* The place has been completely renovated. It is absolutely charming, beautiful and so relaxing in the rooms. You are right next to the freeway and I can not hear the vehicles on it. I was greeted by Joana, a lovely woman smiling and sincere. She made my check in efficient and filled with information. My room wow..what a work of art. Definitely not a cover renovation but full renovation. Hardwood floors..new beds.walls..furniture. just a pleasure to be here for a great night's rest.
