Fairfield Inn by Marriott St. George

Great Marriott service and reputation… Too bad it sits right on the freeway. Good bed and buffet breakfast was better than most I’ve had. If I knew ahead of time I’d have requested a non freeway room. Good dinner choices nearby and are walkable.

Most of the times hotels host people on vacation, business or just passing through town. Unfortunately, my family and dogs needed to stay here 4 more nights than expect because our pod (containing everything we own) was severely delayed. We moved from CA to Southern Utah and the only thing we could count on was Karen’s empathy, understanding and warm hospitality. The hotel was sold on the 3rd night and we needed to extend our stay. Karen notified us of a last minute cancellation and gave us a new room without charging an additional pet sanitation fee. Her team was great and comped snacks and candy for the kids on multiple occasions. This is the true definition of hospitality at its core. Thank you!

Literally the loudest room we have ever stayed in. The freeway is very close & the windows provide little to no noise insulation. Perhaps the hotel can install thicker curtains. We did not choose to stay here - transferred from another hotel that was overbooked - and would not choose to stay here because of the noise.

So much noise!!! It felt like there was no window and the noise from the freeway was just blasting in. The air conditioner was even louder. It was so hot all night long, even setting the temp to 65 degrees it only went off every hour for only 15 minutes. Also when we arrived and walked past the laundry room it smelled horrible.

I don’t usually write reviews but Constance here was excellent! We were on a road trip back to SD and needed to sleep for a few hours. The price here was great and the rooms were very nice with a big TV. She was so kind and friendly and made the stay so much better. She put a smile on all of our faces and did everything she could to make our stay as amazing as possible. Peace and blessings Constance, you keep being you ◡̈
