Plusses - quiet and convenient location, friendly staff at front desk, park-like area w/ pickleball court, breakfast included. Negatives- dirty, poorly maintained (broken lamp, bathroom fan didn’t work), filthy tile in bathroom, room smelled, no Kleenex or paper towels, no extra TP in the bathroom, couldn’t check in on time, no pickleball equipment to borrow, mirror frame in bathroom was blackish instead of silver . Was overpriced. Luckily, we checked room prices closer to our stay and were able to rebook for half the price. This place could be great with TLC

We traveled with our pet and chose to spend a couple of nights in this hotel to escape the heat. The air conditioning worked without being loud which is something we can't take for granted these days. The kitchen was basic but had the essentials to prepare our simple dinners. Appreciated the regular sized fridge/freezer to store our food. The Fitness room was regular sized and had more than the usual threadmills which was appreciated. Breakfast was standard but nothing ever ran out and the staff were friendly and ensured the tables were clean. Free parking and there was plenty of it with no headroom restrictions. In particular, we were very satisfied with the poop bag dispensers being always full and there were multiple ones scattered around the property. And there were 2 different and large grassy areas for pet relief which is a welcome change when some hotels prefer to offer just a stony corner devoid of grass in the heat of summer. Note the pet fee is $100 per stay. This wasn't too bad considering the hotel actually made an effort (dispensers/grass areas) to be pet friendly, other than merely allowing us to have our pet in the room with us.

Absolute loved our stay at this place. We got a double room knowing that after a 12 Hour drive, we would be very tired and needed our own personal space away from the kids. It was a beautiful room with a mini apartment/living area in the middle and separate bedroom rooms on each side. The Staff were incredibly friendly, especially during breakfast with they visited with us and talked to us. The breakfast was delightful, but your standard fair, but a great way to get started in the morning. We will definitely stay here again And wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and items are refilled throughout the breakfast. The shuttle was very convenient. There are multiple outdoor spaces that are comfortable for spending time outside solo or with a group.

My business trips require flexibility for the stays. I never had issues with early check out. Have stayed 35 days in hotels this year already. They had ridiculous early check out charges and policy that couldn’t waive. I booked thru the company & verified it didn’t show me that message about their early checkout policy but it does show it on their website. 100% would not stay here again. Gym was very basic, least amount of stuff I have seen in a hotel in my experience. Robin (breakfast manager) so wonderful. Amazing clean breakfast. Fresh blueberries was my fav part. Robin went above and beyond to help accommodate any breakfast needs.
