Disappointing, inconvenience filled stay. There were numerous inconveniences during my stay. Beginning with a curt check in clerk and that the "must use room ket to gain access" side doors did not work. They were open 24/7 to anyone who wanted to come in. The annoyances of my stay became apparent over the course of the evening and next morning in Room 116. 1. The window curtains have a 1 1/2â gap at bottom that lets light stream in from the commercial parking lot next door and there was no sheer curtain to temper the light, just the black out curtain. 2. There were no outlets for charging anywhere near the beds - had to use one across the room. 3. The hair dryer didnât work. It was replaced promptly when I asked. 4. Bathroom sink had no drain stopper. 5. Bathroom sink fixture leaked (2-3 tablespoons worth each time it was forced on) and very hard to turn. 6. It took about 4 minutes to get hot water at the sink. The tub had almost instant hot water. 7. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles (single use) were 1/2 full. 8. MOST CONCERNING: The 24 hour lock door to enter the side of the building didnât lock or wasnât enabled - in any case, anyone could just walk into the building. When I asked about fixing the problem, the front desk young lady, shrugged apologetically. When pressed to acknowledge that it was a known problem, she did say she and the hotel were aware the door did not lock. 9. The wood casing around entry door was chipped, dirty and looked like the door had been broken into. The actual room door was hard to unlock. I had to push the door very firmly to the side to get it to unlock (putting my shoulder into it). 10. Track runner on the closet door is exposed at top - no wood casing at the top of the closet 11. At breakfast, the pancake batter was sour and the flat egg rounds were rubbery and tasteless. The tea was excellent and the area itself was very clean and neat. 12. While breakfast was listed lasting until 9:30, an employee put all unoccupied chairs on tables at 9:20 am 13. Very polite front desk young lady, but ineffectual. 14. Metal fixtures had had a quick coat of paint applied, but it was streaky, patchy and gave the impression of just trying to cover up old, worn, deteriorated materials. 15. The beds were very comfortable and linens appeared clean. I asked for a different room on the second day. When I entered Room 212 the there was a noticeable difference. The carpet was newer, all the woodwork was in place, there was a stopper in the bathroom sink, there was an outlet extender on the bedside cabinet, there was a sheer curtain in front of the black out curtain at the window (though there was still the 1 1/2" gap between the end of the curtain and the end of the actual window which allowed lots of light in from the commercial parking lot the room faced. It was clear that room 212 had had some upgrades in contrast to room 116. I cannot recommend this Ramada and do not think it conforms to the standards Ramada professes to hold. Again the most concerning problem was the NON LOCKING "locking" entrance door with a sign that read, "Must Use Room Key for Access" (labeled Entrance 2). Door was completely unlocked and slightly ajar (1/2" or so) so it was obvious that it could be pulled open

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS! IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE! I kid you not! I'm not the type to leave reviews BUT this place is so not worth it! We (My Husband, Our two boys, and I) pulled in the 22nd of March, around 10:30 pm, from Spokane. We were on our home back to New Mexico. It was sketchy. The staff in the front sounded like he had a bad night because as tired as we were, we were nice and trying to joke with him. He was not pleasant, so we caught on right away. He instructed us to park closest to our room and that he had no elevator. All we had said "aww ok", then he replied "It's JUST ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS..." but sarcastically. At that point, I just wanted to get into our room. So we get to park where he had said to go, but the doors were not opening and there was 2 doors! We tried both keys but nothing. So my husband went around to the front, while I was getting off my boys. We just decided to go in the front way. We walked into our room, stayed in room 210, and there was FOUL SMELL! Like urine and sweat. Luckily, I had a Febreeze spray with me. I sprayed EVERYTHING and cracked a window, even though it was cold. Now because it was cold, my boys were tired! They crawled into bed and everything was good. We all went to sleep and woke up the next day, showered. My husband showered first and when he got out, he said that the drain was clogged. The tub filled up past his ankles but it was draining slowly. At that point, I just wanted to get out there. So we hurried and showered, got ready, and got back on the road. Trip was fine, got home last night around 11pm. I noticed my boys were scratching and I checked their bodies. THEY WERE BITTEN!! My youngest had his bites on the left side, from his thumb, all the way to his shoulder, and then on his back. My eldest, he got the worse of it! His was all over both of his arms, his back, his legs, and the back of his knees! I called the hotel last night and I told the staff. This time it was a different man in the front (Thank God), he asked questions about which bed. Then all he said was that he was going to let his manager know. I still HAVE NOT heard anything yet. Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Had a reservation and a price before we came. Got there, no reservation, and then double the price what was quoted to me. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Cereal, no milk, only egg that looked like a pancake, didn't know it was an egg. No sausage, or yogurt. Server said, yeah, we are out of everything. This was for a weekend trip. There was a boys tournament that weekend, and those boys all left to go get food at the gas station across the street. I was very dissappointed.

Clean, but otherwise a dump in all respects. The refrigerator in the unit didn't work. The coffee maker didn't work. The tv was 1986 vintage and got about 7 channels. Fox News, of course, but no MSNBC. The garbage complimentary breakfast was literally prison food. I mean it's provided by a vendor that serves prisons, and it tastes like it. If you're a far-right wing Mormon anti-vaxxer, this is probably the place for you. If not, boy, just sleep in your car at a rest stop and spend the money you saved on a decent breakfast.

Room smelled like urine, mold in shower, door lock did not work the chain was broken off. The price is cheap but you get what you pay for don't expect too much from this hotel the check in and check out staff were very good. We heard that the restaurant attached to this hotel was good and the parking lot was full.
