Stayed one quick night here. Nice, clean room with a great shower. Great fitness center! Everyone friendly. Outstanding service from Devin, who I believe is the maintenance manager. Our car didn't start as we were leaving and we were headed to the airport, and he personally helped us get it going, way above and beyond. Thank you again Devin!

The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is convenient to many restaurants. The room is smaller and a bit sparse but fine for one night. After we checked out, we received a charge for $10.00. We inquired and we’re told it was a charge for a stained towel which apparently could not be washed. We can only assume it was from makeup residue. If there are unknown charges as this, perhaps we should have been told at check in, a notice placed in the bathroom or a black wash cloth for makeup removal should be provided…like other hotels provide. In all our years of travel and staying at Hilton properties, as well as many others, we have never encountered this. We will certainly think twice about staying at a tru hotel again. This is very disappointing.

Located in town away from the highway. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and quiet. Fitness center has peloton bikes and treadmills. I highly recommend. Parking lot is well lit and secure. There’s plenty of room to hang out.

Stayed for a nearby wedding. Very friendly staff, a great breakfast, and a cool outdoor seating area. The only negative was the condition of the floor in the room. There is no carpeting, but walking barefoot on the floor caused my feet to turn black. The floors don’t appear dirty but definitely need to be washed.

This was our first time at Tru hotel and was impressed by the room and the facilities. We liked how we could access our Netflix accounts from the TV. We also liked the free breakfast amenity, but felt the quality of the food could be better. The beds were comfortable, but for some reason the fire alarm went off one night during our stay and we had to evacuate the building. I suppose someone may have been smoking in their room or pulled the alarm. There was little communication from the staff about what happened, and was a bit surprised the staff did not address this. Our kids were scared, but fortunately they were able to get back to sleep.
