The pillows and the mattress need to be replaced in the ADA room, because the pillows are smelly and the mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was nasty and needed a thorough cleaning, the bed sheets were never changed on a 6 night stay, the towels were not replaced everyday and I had to go to the front desk to get clean ones, my computer had an attempted hack but my software, I hope, kept them from doing any damage, and the sound proofing of the rooms is poor. The only unlocked lobby door was up a flight of steps, which was hard for me to maneuver. On the other hand, the front desk staff and maintenance staff were great, Olivia especially was wonderful.

This place was really very nice. I am glad I stayed here. They were very welcoming and the associate who signed me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and inviting. There were plenty of pillows on the bed and the beds were very comfortable. The one bed I slept on, however, was very squeaky! I think that was the only problem with the bed. The TV was a good size and after I had an issue with the remote control, which the wonderful front desk associate fixed, it worked great. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room and a single cup coffee maker. The room had very nice black-out shades which I appreciated. There was a nice lounge chair and desk with task chair for work away from home. The carpet was in good condition and seemed to be pretty clean. The bed sheets and comforter seemed clean and fresh. The bathroom was large and in good repair and the water had good pressure. The lighting in the bathroom was decent and there was even a small night light in the bathroom outlet. The towels were clean and fluffy and they provided nice shampoo and soap. It was very quiet the first night and I was so grateful for the staff who arranged my room because it was on a very quiet end of the building. The last night I was there it got pretty noisy, but that was because there were noisy people up and down the hallway slamming doors, no one to blame except inconsiderate people! The breakfast was really good; scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, juice, bagels and make your own waffles. I was very happy here and would stay again!

Great location right off the freeway GPS calls the street Onion Str, but it is 400 something street. But there is lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The people checking you in are extremely friendly and funny. It makes it a very enjoyable stay.

Not one thing to complain about. Everything pretty near perfect. Now, just don't swamp it with reservations and we can't get a room. For the next couple of months, my husband and I have to come down for one night or two, every week. We tried a lot of hotels, but this is 'the one'. - marie

Good hospitality, clean rooms and strategic location to go to downtown or airport. Safe location. Variety of food to choose for breakfast. Within 15 minutes driving to downtown saltlake city and airport. Quiet location and feel safe to park the car.
