Motel 6 Nephi UT

This place is disgusting, do not stay here! The front desk staff was awful and very ignorant and lazy. There was a live mouse trap in the room wich didnt seem to attract the mouse running around in my room and the cochroach climbing up the wall wasn't pleasant to see. The fridge still had food from the previous guest which I threw away in the trash can that had no liners. Cigarette burns on the fridge and you will need shoes to even walk around in your room. The shower had pubic hairs in it as well as the towels. I know this is a pet friendly hotel, but the fact that they have 3 cats living and running around inside the hotel is very unperfessional and inconsiderate of guest with cat allergies. It is obvious the owners and staff have no care in the upkeep or cleanliness of the hotel. I wish I would have taken pictures.

The hotel staff moved my stuff from one room to another room without my permission and broke the handle of an oven that I bought. They don’t have ethic nor respect for privacy. Under any circumstance the hotel should do such thing. DONT STAY HERE!

Do NOT stay here! Beyond terrible! Had to wait to check in for over 45 minutes, there was no one to help with that. Upon finally checking in I needed to take a shower. No hot water, not even tepid! No shampoo either. Thin walls don’t make for a restful night, a couple making out next door and a few barking dogs a few doors away! What happened to this chain??

The window was broken and being held up by tape, there was a stain that looked like blood on the curtain, no toiletries. we had ONE USED bar of soap with a hair on it, dead bugs in the pool, the entire side of the building is COVERED with bugs, the lock on the door that’s dividing our rooms is broken, half of the lights work. also, SUPER sketchy, there was like druggies RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW THE ENTIRE NIGHT, you can hear everything outside this room, I PAID $150 FOR THIS ROOM, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

We were given a room that was dirty. I didn't complain because the aloof but friendly young man working the the front desk told us that's all that was left for rooms, and at least the sheets and towels seemed clean. It was after 1:00am and we needed sleep. However, the amount of dirt on the floor was so obviously gross, walking across the room made crunching sounds. Hairballs, potato chips, dirt balls not just in nooks and crannies but everywhere. Also all over the desk. The window was filthy. Half the light bulbs didn't work. I was worried that the blanket hadn't been washed because it had a musty smell. But like I said, the sheets seemed clean and the room was quiet all night. Ample number of towels and the shower was hot, although the cheap shower head could use upgrading. The tub had calcium stains but was clean. The lobby has lukewarm coffee and plenty of decent teas (bonus!) to pick from, even though the hot water was just lukewarm. There are no elevators and luggage had to be carried through the lobby and up stairs to the room. Someone had parked in front of the drive way so it had to be carried across the parking lot. We arrived too late to take advantage of the pool and hot tub so can't comment on them for this trip. The WiFi worked well. The TV had lots of channels to pick from. The view to the back of the hotel was pleasant and peaceful but was hard to view through the dirty window. This is a budget hotel so we don't expect frills, and the good wifi, TV, and pool are bonuses. But we expect a clean room. This time we were disappointed in that respect.
