Hampton Inn Moab

Excellent service and good recommendations by Vicky! Wonderful room, delicious breakfast, great staff, spacious, clean, comfortable room. Very glad we found this hotel, we have a membership with Hampton Inns and always find them to be perfect! Highly recommend!

The heater control was not working, and I requested a repair in the morning. However, when I returned in the evening, nothing had been done. Thankfully, Vicki from the night shift went above and beyond to assist me. She was very accommodating and arranged for me to stay in the adjacent room for the night. Without her excellent service, it would have been a miserable experience. While my overall impression of the hotel was negative due to the lack of maintenance, Vicki’s outstanding hospitality made a huge difference and truly saved my stay. We enjoyed the spacious, clean and modern room. First day was great and loved the great breakfast. Second day was completely different, there was no hot water and the breakfast area was messy, dirty, overcrowded and running out of food and drinks. Mentioned the water issue to the receptionist who looked at me like it was not her problem. Overall this was a disappointing stay.

We booked the king room and it was everything we needed due a 3 night stay. The room was spacious and clean. A/c was great and the comfortable. The pillows could be a bit more stiff or puffy but it’s really nothing to complain about. Breakfast was ok. Not too much variety but suffice to get you going in the morning.

Pretty standard Hampton Inn rooms with the exception of lots of light coming in from the hallway through the cracks around the door and the ancient air/heat system that is not very responsive. This room was on the expensive side compared to the dozen other Hampton Inn stay's I've had. Combine this with my very noisy neighbors (not Hampton's fault) and it was not a great stay. I would not stay here again.
