Element Moab

The breakfast experience, food quality, staff attitude and cleanliness of the eating area was horrendous. The Chobani bar station was a disaster, disgusting with food toppings all over the counter and not enough serving utensils for each respective toppings to be served. The strawberry and blueberry topping were inedible. Very unhygienic and a big mess . Food cross contamination paradise ! The “ in the bags “ scrambled eggs “served at breakfast every morning was of very poor quality , rubbery and inedible. The guacamole was disgusting , the pancakes dried up and sitting on the flat top with the hard rock English muffins. What a joke . The cook had no clue of what he was doing and was not a cook in my opinion. Instead to cook the food as needed he cooked a bunch of it and then they became dried up. The same guy I saw the day before emptying the overflowed trash cans and emptying the bus tubs full of dirty dishes was cooking for the guests the next day . All the food served were frozen , from a can , a bag or a cardboard. No cooking skills needed to produce these kind of food . The whole breakfast buffet looks like a war zone . Especially the day a bus load full of Allied tour guests arrived at the same time to have breakfast. The whole dining room was trashed and the unqualified helpers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off . They run out of blueberries muffins and I was told that they were out . I saw Sysco driver bringing a full palet of boxes between customers during all this chaos and it could have caused an accident. Have your food delivery scheduled off peak hours and not when you have a room full of breakfast customers. The hotel is nice , the rooms are nice and the pool is nice . The front desk employees are nice but the food attendants have no clue of what is going on and needs to be trained and improved their sanitation and hygiene skills immediately.

This was our first time staying at an Element hotel and it exceeded our expectations for our 7 night stay in Moab. The hotel is clean modern, and has spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Based on reviews, I was concerned about remnants of dog hair in our room, but it was not an issue. The staff at the front desk was friendly, patient, and helpful for the several requests that we had during our week here. The hotel is within 5 miles of Arches National Park and 35-40 minutes to Canyonlands' Island in the Sky. It is also just 5-10 minutes to the center of Moab. Our young kids liked the pool, hot tub, and corn hole game on the premises. We will definitely consider the Element brand for future hotel stays.

Great location near the Arches National Park and in town places to eat. Clean. The hallways smelled probably from the kitchen. We were on the third floor far from the kitchen. The breakfast was average, frozen strawberries and rubbery eggs and poorly laid out.

Element Moab ticked off every box during my recent absolutely exceptional stay of 86 days. Highlights: 👌 Professional pleasant staff – Dwan (lady in pic who I gave vegan chocolates on her bday), Sarah, Erin and Wanda were very good and gracious at meeting various requests, and I also had always perfect interactions with Canyon and Donald. General Manager Jeramy is super pleasant to deal with and an accomplished expert at steering the ship. Maintenance person Franklin is a very friendly guy who's skilled at repairing anything. 👌 The suite and common areas are immaculate and constantly cleaned. 👌 My suite was appointed with detailed attention to functionality and comfort, including strong air con, hardwood-style flooring, true blackout blinds, oversize TVs, strong Wi-Fi, firm yet comfortable mattress, walk-in shower, expansive bathroom sink, tons of space, sectional sofa, handy spray nozzle on kitchen tap, abundant lighting, and overall just updated and stylish. 👌 Big equipped gym with cardio, free weights, benches, universal station. 👌 Great location--five minutes from Arches. 👌 Luxurious big pool with in-water cabanas and sizeable hot tub. 👌 Tons of free parking. 👌 Complimentary breakfast on par with any hotel, including oat milk, fruits and cereals for people focussed on health. 👌 Nice common area with numerous tables for breakfast, lounge area, bar--all comfortable, tasteful and artistic. I love Element Moab to the point that I'm making this my annual snowbird destination. This is a very nice hotel. Clean rooms, lobby and breakfast area. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. The rooms are huge. Ours had a living room and a kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, stove top and sink. The living area had a pull out bed and a large TV. The front desk staff, especially Dwan were wonderful. They were pleasant and polite and wanted to make our stay the best they could. There was a very unruly, RUDE and demanding guest and Dwan stayed calm and polite even while he was yelling at her. She apologized numerous times and refunded his stay, and he was still not happy. We will definitely stay at this hotel if/when we are ever in Moab again.
