Sharlynne was amazing. The staff at this location is very pleasant and welcoming. Every encounter I had during my stay was pleasant from all the staff.I traveled here for business and look forward to staying here again. I definitely recommend this location.

For the most part everything was fine. It's what you would expect for the price. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only negative comment I have is about the housekeeping and maintenance. The toilet would randomly run throughout the night, a little annoying when you're only there for the night to sleep and the refillable conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. The breakfast was presented well but nothing special.

I was very disappointed with the general state of the room. It felt to have an underlying cigarette smell. The headboard which was green had been rubbed off so badly above the heads of the bed that it was brown and cracked. The phone in the room didn’t work and had the plastic peeling completely off. This left me with a general state of unease since the WiFi wasn’t working when I checked in and I wasn’t able to call down to the front desk. As I was investigating why the phone didn’t work, I realized that behind the bed was so dirty and had what looked to be a random air freshener can thrown below. The room in general felt very dingy. The AC unit was loud. The only good thing about my stay is that I felt that the front staff member was very kind and courteous.

Good place for anyone. Plenty of room, quiet, clean. Would stay there again. Only downside continues to be breakfast. No gf options and this hotel had a little less than expected of everything else.

SO disappointed. I've stayed in other Home2Suites that felt fresh and new. This location definitely needs updating. See my photos: tears on the sofa, scuffed walls, and finish scraped off the headboard. Bed was uncomfortably hard. If a previous guest damaged the room or furniture, their credit card is charged for that, right? So then why aren't those funds used to repair or replace? I don't know if all the rooms are as sad as the one I stayed in, but I would not recommend this hotel.
