Ramada by Wyndham La Verkin Zion National Park

Toilet drainage is not working. Inspired of informing working not done.we had to stay in unsanitary situation . Overall, the maintenance of the hotel was poor .I never expected this Ramada wyndham propeerty Please don't go to this property

Recently, I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham in La Verkin, and had an excellent experience. The service and amenities, while not exceptional, were efficient and met my expectations. Its proximity to the park makes for a convenient and affordable stay! The staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. In addition, room was clean and comfortable. While Ramada may not offer luxury accommodations, its convenience, warm atmosphere, and courteous staff make it a reliable choice for travelers seeking a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would certainly consider staying here again :)

I booked a night here and quickly regretted it. The property looked better from the pictures but this place is old and run down. It was shocking going to our room where the parking lot was dirty as well as the hall leading to the room. Once in the room we knew we could not stay here. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed. it had pet hair and crumbly stuff here and there. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower had stains or just wasn't clean, floor dirty. There were two beds. Upon inspection sheets were thin and had stains of blood or something on one of them. Decor old, scuffed and depressing. Nope we couldn't do it so left. Over on Expedia there were 10 star ratings which were deceiving. I should have checked Trip Advisor and Google. If I had done that I would have seen the true reviews which were mostly negative.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I don’t even know where to start, but a plugged toilet to start, which was not unplugged by evening of the morning I informed front desk, set the tone. Kids playing in the hallway at all hours was the icing on the “cake”….Breakfast was as lousy as one could even imagine, and I could drone on, but have zero interest in doing so. Avoid this place!

Disgusting place, owners and shouldn’t be in business. Our room unfit for occupancy. Dirty linens, neglected plumbing: crusted show head, clogged sink faucet with lord knows what, mold on curtain, filthy dirty shower pan, sticky bathroom floor. I had to clean the bathroom with Lysol. Morning we left, there was Niagara Falls starting from room above onto our only toilet. We had to stop at a restaurant down the street to relieve ourselves. We didn’t use the shower and I was afraid to use the water coming from the sink. I am considering a health department complaint. Of course the stupid owner offered no accommodation for our inconveniences. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! Siding ripped off the sides of the building and never repaired. We could see drywall from the exterior. Totally neglected building inside and out.
