Best Western Plus Zion West Hotel

Great stay at Best Western. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was poor, we ate the first morning then went out for breakfast, it was very limited and what was there wasn’t particularly nice. The pool was ok, a little dirty, but the jacuzzi was lovely. There a cheap laundry room so we could wash all our clothes for the next part of our trip. It’s dog friendly which was nice. The location was great and the area was beautiful. Gas station over the road that sold hot food and plenty of snacks for the room. 30 mins drive to Zion. Will definitely use again.

Stayed here because we were traveling with a small dog and they offered a reasonable pet fee at this hotel. Loved the very nice large suite, nice breakfast and a wonderful super large grass lawn (full block!) to walk the puppy. Very nice stay.

Would have given an excellent rating but we are scoring on the condition of the 1.) Bathroom- towels were ratty/torn and 'extremely' rough, there was no exhaust fan, and the shower fixtures were coming out of the wall and leaking. 2.) The bedsheets were worn and torn. 3.) We were not recognized at check in as Platinum Reward members. When we said we were reward members, we were told there were no reward gifts available. 4.) The door to the room had a large gap between the door and the door frame. We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Nicholas and Randi at the front desk! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge in our room. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated and provided plenty of hot and cold food/drink choices. Although, the hot foods could have been hotter. The lobby/property was clean, plenty of free parking spaces. Lots of dining choices close to the hotel. Overall, we would recommend a stay at this Best Western in La Verkin, Utah.

The staff was very rude , lied to us about the noise coming from upstairs at 3 am and did nothing for the 3 nights we stayed to mitigate the outrageous noise stating at 3 am each dogs. We were told the first time the people were packing to check out , the second night we were told that there was nobody above us and she would investigate where the noise was coming from, did nothing, we came back mid day and again stomping around and loud tv. Yes we said there is someone above us because we went up to check. We left for Zion for dinner and after two nights said we could change our room . I simply said not now we are leaving in the morning just tell that room to stop stomping around at 3 am. Last night again stomping at 3 am so I called the desk and was told all I can do is move your room. Sure at 3 am we want to get up and move , told her to handle the noise we’re are exhausted and not moving. She didn’t do anything until my husband called a second time and finally she did her job. There are no words for the treatment we had and the inept young staff who could care less. Book another hotel or better yet go into Springdale and stay there

Close enough but not too close to Zion and all of the tourists. Nice property. Rooms were spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maria and Nicholas in particular. Laundry facilities on the premises. Breakfast was typical. Everything was very clean.
