Ofland Escalante

Come for the vast variety of ways to spend the night (tent, air stream, or modern cabims with AC) and the drive-in movies seen from a classic car. Never leave due to the pool, hot tub, and showers. The food selection on-sight and in the town of Escalante is delicious. It's hard to beat the complimentary coffee, fruit, and treats on the covered patio to start the day.

A magical place. We stayed in an Airstream for the first time. It was a lot of fun. The bed was very comfortable. The community bathroom was better than I imagined. The vintage car drive-in is so unique. We selected a different car to sit in every night for the movie. My Mom used to drive us around Chicago in a Corvair when we kids. I hadn't sat in one in decades! Quite the flashback!

During our stay at Ofland Escalante, we enjoyed a beautifully designed tiny cabin that provided a cozy yet stylish atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The stunning natural surroundings offered breathtaking views and easy access to outdoor adventures, including hiking and exploring the incredible Bryce Canyon. The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly staff who truly went above and beyond for our comfort. We loved the drive-in movie nights and the heated pool and jacuzzi facilities. The food truck was a delicious option, but grilling our own meals over the fire pit was a unique and fun experience! No meal was complete without the s'mores for dessert. We highly recommend Ofland Escalante to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape!

This is Glamping by Bryce Canyon. We stayed in a deluxe cabin with a private bath and a mini fridge and microwave. No TV. No hairdryer. There is a food truck on-site except for Tuesday nights. We were there on Monday and Tuesday night. There is a drive-in movie with 9 old cars that you can sit in to watch the movie. There is a trailer selling snacks and beer. We did not watch a movie but we went to hear about the Indians that lived in the area and talked about the sky. We did see the milky way so you know it is a dark sky. It was a fun experience. The staff is friendly and the site is dog friendly. The drive to Bryce Canyon is about 40 minutes. Just make sure you pick up dinner or eat before back to the camp on Tuesday night.

What a fun place! When we first arrived, we were a little surprised it was right off the main road but it really wasn't an issue - no traffic noise and not visible from the property. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and wouldn't have wanted to share a bathroom so this was the only option for us and it was quite comfortable. We loved that the location feels so remote and so wild and so beautiful. There are a handful of quite good places to eat, particularly nearby North Creek Grill (wonderful) and plenty of reasons to stay on the property to unwind after hiking. Great staff, all very thoughtful and just a lot of fun in a totally unique setting in rugged, gorgeous Escalante.
