Ameri Stay Inn & Suites

This place was so nasty. Me and my kids took a bath and pulled down a “clean” towel and a USED CONDOM fell out of the folded towel! When we checked out I asked for a refund and they pretended like they didn’t know what a condom was and refused to let me talk to a general manager. They said that they took my information down for a GM to call me and of course I never got the call. Called them a couple of days later and they said sorry were not going to do anything. They claimed that their house keeping is clean but it’s 100% not. Refused to give me a corporate phone number or even speak to the GM. Thankfully the used condom never touched myself or my children but imagine if they accidentally touched it and got some type of STD. I don’t know what I can do but I will be taking legal action and report to the BBB if this situation isn’t resolved. DO NOT STAY HERE! Yes it’s cheap but 100% not worth the money. Absolutely nasty and unsanitary conditions.

I’ve been here due to not having a place to stay and we advised both the manager and owner who stay here that we have 2 service animals and they said ok well now all of the sudden they want us out because suposenly we told them we have one not two and I had to pay a deposit for now both and to top it off they claim we damaged a room Wich is a complete lie. I will not ever stay or recommend this place even to a homeless person and it’s just bad enough the e had a water pipe break upstairs recently that flooded the room we supposedly damaged and there trying to blam us so whatever you do ide go down a ways to the days inn at least there the manager will help anyway they can with service animals and not blam you for nothing!

Very basic motel near Ogden with good access to the freeway and Antelope Island. The room furnishings are rather drab, but I did have a coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave. Please note, though, that I needed to connect each when I first chose to use it. This motel is not strong on amenities, but might do for an overnight, as long as you can deal with the muffled noise of the freeway traffic and people in the rooms around you, several of whom are probably there for an extended stay. There's a restaurant next door and a bunch of fast foods nearby. And this freeway exit has easy on/off access unlike many of the other ones along the Ogden -SLC-Provo strip.

I was traveling cross country after a long day of driving. Couldn't book ahead because I didn't know where I'd end up on my route. Found this place and they had one room available. I should have read the reviews before I booked the place. My room is nice enough but it's not clean. There's food product on the floor. The toilet paper roll is almost empty with no visible replacement. There's a party going on in several rooms around me yelling, swearing, music, tv blaring and it is almost 1:30 am. I have a long day of travel tomorrow and I'm afraid to say anything to these people or the management in the event that there is retaliation. The freeway noise is noticeable. I doubt I'll get much sleep tonight.

This motel is nothing to be desired. The floor in the room was stained all over. The room had a horrible smell to it. The room was a non smoking room but the housekeeper smoked in the room when we were gone so it smelled of cigarette smoke. The wifi was terrible and the breakfast was just some cereal and a few pastries. I would definitely stay somewhere else.
