Friendly staff, we travel with a pet so our rooms are the standard rooms on the ground level. The room was clean with comfortable bedding. Since it is a pet room there is no carpeting, if your dog slips on vinyl flooring this could be a problem. Easy on/off the freeway and close to restaurants. Very good breakfast and selection. Would stay here again

Nothing fancy, but solid execution. Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. This Quality Inn sits convenient to Route 15, across from a major diner, and next to a fast food eatery, all within an active small town. The room was clean, well-kept, and quiet with good heating, microwave, free wifi at decent speed, etc. Guests can also enjoy a basic hot breakfast.

Spent one night here. Rooms were clean but could use some maintenance. Room 101 : Toilet seat loose, sink faucet loose, bathroom handle hard to open from the inside and you can see the light from the bottom of the outside door. Good coffee and sufficient complimentary hot breakfast. Nice grounds kept clean. Overall I would return and I'm hoping the management don't take this review as an insult, but an advise to fix items they may not know about. Thank you

Staff Was friendly when I came up to the counter to check in! Overall condition of the facility was good the room was fairly clean the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and comfortable. Got hot shower. Price was great, well under $80 for the night which was a deal because they also serve breakfast which was a good hot breakfast with eggs sausage and all the other amenities. Parking lot was good well lit. Travel for work as a contractor I stay in a lot of hotels and I would highly suggest staying here.

I really hate to be rude and critical, but this was probably the worst motel we have ever stayed in. Instead of carpet, the floors were laminate and our two year old walked on it. The bottoms of her feet were black. So the floor obviously had not been mopped in a while. When I went to put her in the tub to clean her feet I noticed that the tub was extremely dirty, with black rings in it from other customers. The laminate flooring must have been a fairly new addition because they had not yet put baseboards back on. So all around our rooms were exposed raw plaster. I rented three rooms and in one of the rooms there was just a spare TV sitting over in the corner. Not hooked up or anything. Just sitting there. In one of the three rooms the fridge did not work. In another there was no plug in the bathroom sink. Just a gaping black hole. After staying one night, I asked the housekeeper, who was out front with her cart , if she would clean my floor and my tub as they were not cleaned before I checked in. She said that she was not assigned to my room, but she would let someone know. when we came home at 5 o’clock that evening my room had not been touched so I went over to the office to request housekeeping and I stood at the desk for 25 minutes before someone came to wait on me ! Three other customers came in while I was waiting and they all waited a while and then left. The pop machine was broken but I think it had been broken for many years because the representative pops in the machine were old packaging from 10 or 15 years ago, and those representative pops had all collapsed and folded in on themselves. There was a food vending machine that was completely empty, except for one lone pack of microwave popcorn in the top left, which was halfway out of its slot and had a hole in it and mold in it as if a rodent had been eating it. Before I rented the room, it stated they had a hot tub so I brought my suit and thought that we could hot tub as I was there with family. The swimming pool seemed to have some green algae moss of some sort around the side that looked as if you could scrape it off with your fingernails. The hot tub room was chained and locked, and we looked in the window and the water in it looked as if it came from the Mississippi River. Just dark brown, muddy looking. The breakfast was the exact same every morning which I guess is OK, but the link sausages were cooked so long that they were just hard shells with a little bit of soft sausage right in the middle. My son-in-law said they appeared to be some thing that looked like it belongs in the cat litter box. I know running a Motel is very difficult, but I just feel like these people could do a better job. Everything was very disgusting. One bright note was that the two men who ran the office were both Pleasant and accommodating. They weren’t grouchy or ornery about any of our complaints.
