Great check in by Coret was amazing. He greated us like family. Lili was always pleasant, wishing us a great day when we left and a welcome back each time we returned. Brayan and the restaurant crew were spectacular and made our early starts wonderful. Brayan is such a pleasant person. The night bartenders were also wonderful.

The service was amazing! Our room had amazing amenities. The pool, gym and breakfast were a quality service. Check in and check out was as seamless as possible. Thanks to Bianca and Cory for making our stay an enjoyable one. They assisted us late at night when we were locked out.

Very good hotel, good breakfest and even better attendence, Ari is very good and very attencious. Good rooms, and a good pool area, good recepcion services the only thing that i miss was a dinner restaurant, or a room service. The bar was really good too, there was a lady that speaks portuguese and was very attencious too.

Front desk was great, checking in was super easy. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy! They provide breakfast in the morning for $16 pp, Jhoel was great very attentive and made sure we got all we’ve wanted for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

Friendly attentive staff. From the front desk to housekeeping to kitchen staff, all great. Accommodated our needs. Requested the top floor and got it. Asked for specific food and got it. Friendly staff, always helpful. Groovy bar, with excellent selection of liquor
