Holiday Inn Express & Suites Logan

We will stay at this Holiday Inn again if in the area. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was quiet. We were on the 3rd floor and only saw 1 other couple up there all weekend. Everything was quiet. The pool and hot tub looked nice. We didn’t use as we had our dog with and didn’t want to leave her alone in the room. Naturally she wasn’t invited to the pool. I heard a little noise from the pool when I was on the first floor but that was to be expected. I did use the business center to print an email I needed and that was efficient and convenient. Hubby liked buying a bottle of Diet Mt Dew in the lobby. The pet relief area was great with plenty of space and doggy-doo bags at 2 locations on the grounds. Our bed was comfy and there were enough pillows and towels in the room for us to be generous with them. The microwave/fridge/sink area had a coffee maker and a ziplock bag with a few paper plates and disposable cutlery. That was very thoughtful and we appreciated it when we brought back pizza. Our king room was spacious and we were happy with it. One of the chairs at the table had tons of spots on it and the gauzy curtain was ripped at the window. Everything else was great.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Clean, comfortable and great front desk. We had questions and the front desk and management went out of their way to help us find answers. We only stay at this hotel when in Logan (which is often!), because we know that everything will be just right!

Outstanding staff! We were in town for difficult medical care, and the women at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful on a day when we really needed some kindness. Best receptionist we've encountered. The room was clean and comfortable. Small but nice work-out room. Good breakfast. Scrambled eggs in hotel buffets are usually marginal, but these were great!

I want to specifically compliment Andrea C, who was on the front desk when I had a crisis with a lost purse. She was generous with her time, kind, and extremely helpful. She made a big effort to help me, and I so appreciate it. Purse was found! Thank you, Andrea!

Stayed here when I came into town for our family reunion, and found out about 15 other members of our family booked a reservation here too. The shower had amazing water pressure! It felt wonderful every morning. The hotel bathroom had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They had white fluffy towels, hair dryer, and the bathroom itself was pretty spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my taste. I had to sleep on all 4. The air conditioner was loud, but for those of you who need the constant sound of a fan to sleep, that won’t bother you. The TV remote came in an individually wrapped plastic bag for health reasons. Housekeeping came every day while we were out of the room. They replaced the towels, changed the sheets, and cleaned the room. The indoor pool was refreshing, the hot tub was hot, and the pool area had separate towels. I swam and sat in the hot tub all 4 days we were there. Pool hours were 7am-11pm. The free continental breakfast served from 6-10am was really good! Pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and hash browns. Apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, milk, and coffee. Breakfast was good! I recommend the biscuits and gravy, or the oatmeal.
