Embassy Suites by Hilton The Woodlands at Hughes Landing

Chauncey at front desk helped from the entrance onto my room keys, I even had an issue with towels and she fixed it in a hurry. I also had problems with my reservation but she reassured me it’d be taken care of and it was. She’s is A+ service and I recommend all NBC stay here based of her service we all appreciate her time and help.

I loved my stay at Embassy. I stayed on property for my daughter's 18th birthday and her, and her friends had a great time! The room was nice and clean and having a corner suite was just what we needed. The more space the better! Thanks to Ann Carpentar, for making my daughter's birthday special with decorations, treats and a personal card. She will always remember this special time.

This hotel was incredible! The location is beautiful and the quality of the facilities were well kept, but the staff are what took the experience above and beyond. Ann upgraded our room when we let her know it was our wedding weekend, and the special touches she put in our room were so sweet. The bartender Melissa also went above and beyond to celebrate us, and took care of us at the bar. The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. Every detail was perfect, and I would stay at this hotel a million times over!! Thank you!!

The bartender was so awesome.She deserves a raise.It was very crowded and she was the epitomy of grace and she served everyone with dignity.She should be praised for all she did for all the customers. I highly recommend that she is absolutely a great person.
