Hampton Inn Pampa

This is a nice and quiet property on the north end of town. My room and the common areas were clean and the daily breakfast was good even if lacking in much variety. Easy in and out access to the main road through town made this a convenient spot to base out of.

One of the worst Hampton Inns we have ever stayed as HH Diamond. The staff was friendly but the hotel is in terrible condition and our room was very dirty. There was a layer of dust on everything. The card reader didn’t open the door—it took several attempts. We found someone’s dirty socks under the desk. I had to buy Lysol sanitizing spray to remove the smell from the AC unit. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and the closet door wouldn’t close. The lamp shades were cracked and mismatched. We had one towel and no washcloths. The linens were very thin and yellowed. The coffee was good but the breakfast was barely passable. I think they were really trying but it was a substandard property.

The hotel manager Josh was very kind and helpful, as well and the front end clerk Dorothy was prompt to fill all of our requests and very friendly. Melissa working in the kitchen had a great breakfast made everyday !!! Very good selection and delicious!!! The beds in the room were great too!!! Fluffy pillows & clean rooms !!! The gym and pool were very clean and worthy! Looking forward to going back!!!

When I walked into the hotel I was amazed at how it was decorated. There were Christmas decorations everywhere that were beautifully done. I spoke with Shelby and Dorothy who were both very friendly about the decorations and they informed me that their boss did them with items from her own collection. This hotel made me feel so happy and welcome. Keep up the good work!

We stay here a weekend every December for a company Christmas party. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are always clean, & the staff are helpful & friendly. There were a few employees, but the only name I caught was Dorothy.
