Dirty . The outlets by the bed are useless and not only doesn’t work but your plug slips right out . Stains everywhere. Queen bed with sofa room is tiny and if the sofa bed is out you literally have to crawl over the bed to her to the other side of the room. As a platinum member I asked to be moved to a bigger room and was told there was none available .. looked online and there were rooms available . Horrible customer service especially to a longtime platinum member . Won’t come back .. come on town place do better .

My stays were every bit of a disaster. My room has bed bugs. It's was made aware of to the staff, manager, and GM. Nothing was done. I never received a call from the GM. Room walls were dirty in the bathroom. Dead bugs were on the floor and nothing was done about it.

OMG! This hotel is the BEST! Yes, it is not a 5 star, but I was blown away by the care and hospitality radiated by Tiffany and Jessica. The hotel is new ( or redone), sleek, clean, orderly. Problems are expeditiously eliminated. I came to have a fun weekend in Dallas for the Texas/ OU /Texas State Fair. This hotel and staff made it special. Hook 'Em!

I don’t know where to begin, but this hotel is SO dirty and is falling apart. On top of the missing floorboard, the cabinets falling off of the wall, the sink literally falling inside of the counters, there was an actual ROACH on our food after leaving it out for only 10 minutes while putting our children to bed. I’m not sure how this can be called a Marriott. Needless to say we checked out early and are going to stay somewhere else for our remaining 2 nights in Dallas. I’m not sure how this place has such glowing reviews other than AI generated false reviews.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. A couple of things to know. We stayed in a studio suite on the fourth floor. The coffee maker cord was too short and had to be placed precariously in order to get it to work. The TV was unwatchable as there was a weird glare no matter how many lights were turned on or off and the contrast made it too dark. The water was way too hot I scolded myself twice. The breakfast is what you would expect for a complimentary continental breakfast. I did like the spinach and Swiss quiche I had it twice. Please note that this is also next to a fire station so take that into consideration for the noise level. Again the staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean
