Hyatt Place Dallas North Arlington Grand Prairie

Excellent stay. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Not crazy about the breakfast but that was about it. There was plenty of options but just was not into it I guess. The room was clean and spacious. I never experienced a problem with anything working improperly. The back lobby door needs to be fixed. The key card failed to work there. In any case, I would stay again without a problem.

The front desk/ bartender girl worked very little, our group gave her $40 and she let us know she was not pleased and that was not enough. Beer was too high at 6 0r 7 dollars per so we walked to the corner store and sat outside. Also I was charged $15 one night at 2am with no explanation other than it would go off my card, it hasn't. Very nice and clean Hotel. Service was so so. Beer at the bar was around 6$ a can. Breakfast was a bit better than a regular continental. Would stay again.

Hotel beds smelled nice and clean. The staff was friendly, especially Danalea she greeted me with a warm smile and a kind attitude. Checking in with Danalea was simple and easy, she provided details of the hotel’s amenities, and good local recommendations. Hospitality here was great as my preferences were accommodated. I will definitely return for another stay. Thank you Danalea!

My son has recently needed surgeries which required us to stay in DFW, this Hyatt Place is closest to his home. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfy with plenty of space for two adults. It is quiet at night. A+

Worst hotel experience in a very long time. Look elsewhere. Not up to Hyatt standards in any way. Hyatt should be embarrassed. I stay at hotels over 100 nights/year and this is the worst I can remember in a long time. Filthy carpets, dim lighting, super old, terrible breakfast. Just bad all around. So many other options around.
