Omni Fort Worth Hotel

They texted me a few days before our stay asking how they could make our visit better and when I told them this was an anniversary surprise for my fiancé they upgraded our room and made sure we got a free dessert that said “Happy Anniversary” on it when we got to our room, which was so delicious! We felt like we were in our own world the entire time it was so quiet and comfortable. The staff felt so warm and welcoming no matter who we talked to. Definitely hope to come back soon!

Front desk is clueless. Messed up reservations despite being called 3 times prior to arrival . Each room I reserved had a family member assigned. They didn’t know how that could be! Who is that? Who are you? Why do you have so many rooms? Etc etc just clueless

Hello, I am not happy about my stay as several things occurred. 1) I did not sleep well due to street noise on Friday night after traveling all day. However, Steve did move me to a higher floor room which helped with the noise and I did sleep well Saturday night. 2) Before switching rooms, when I went back to room 402 to wait for the new room, I noticed the bed was made but the dirty towels was left in the bathroom and so was the bag of garbage plus no fresh towels were left. It worked out but they had no idea i was going to move rooms 3) the new room had a huge pillar in the room that made it feel awkward like it was a reject room and I actually paid $30/ night for an upgrade but felt like that was a rip off because of the problems I had with the rooms and wish I saved my money on the upgrade 4) the restaurants have the same tired food. There is no special of the day or week, there's the same soup from 4 mos ago so no seasonal food options 5) the kids mac n cheese was gross. I called Room Service back and no one answered. Came back to the room after full day out and found the room service tray still on the floor from the night before 6) valet could not find my keys to my car and gave me someone else's car key and car. 7) No hot water Sunday or Monday, had to take a cold shower on a cold day! Unacceptable! This hotel is labeled as a nice hotel but this past weekend was filled with nothing but disappointments. Staff IS friendly. Accommodations were unacceptable.

Beautiful property in the heart of downtown Ft. Worth. I was there for a convention and the Convention Center is directly across the street. The room was comfortable and includes a mini fridge. My only complaint was the pillows were a little flat but other than that it was a wonderful stay! I was not leaving until that evening and they offered a $100 late 3 pm checkout which I took advantage of as it was nice to be able to relax in my room for a while before I had to depart. They also have a feature where you can text the front desk with any needs and I took advantage of that as well.

My sister and I came from the UK to Fort Worth for a Country gig and the hotel made us feel so welcome and excited for our stay! Check in was seamless and the front desk gave some recommendations on what to do on our trip. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The BEST part of our stay at the Omni has to be the framed band photos, fresh cookies, snacks and a little note left in our room - this was so special and thoughtful! Thank you again for our wonderful stay and we will certainly be back!
