Wouldn’t stay here again! Bathroom floor was dirty and stained sheets. Housekeepers always outside smoking when they should be cleaning. I will drive a little further to west Knoxville before I would stay at such a dirty place! Breakfast food was not very warm.

Clean and comfortable. Updated rooms with very nice walk in shower and adjustable shower head. Comfortable bed. Quiet on a Saturday night. I never heard a peep from the hall. Room for nice and dark without light coming in from the hall. Appliances were also clean and nice. We didn't use them, but they were in great condition.

Amazing Hotel! The staff was so accommodating! We travel with our dog so I asked for high floor at the end of the corridor so not to hear noise passing the room! The room we got was perfect! The rooms are huge 2 queen beds , table, full size fridge! Great for a family or couple! They have a free breakfast! Today it was little quiches, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with all the fixens, waffle maker, toast, English muffins, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice coffee! Lots of seating for breakfast with tv ! They have a nice pool! Great out door seating with bbq area! Rooms very clean! Staff fabulous from check in Renee to check out April! We usually stay right on 40West but this is about 8 miles off of it we decided to try something new and no regrets!! We will stay here in our drive back home too! Great grass walking area for dogs! Hotel has no dog odors at all! There are some great restaurants near there we love Knoxvilles own Aubrey’s farm to table restaurant 1 mile away! Filet bites yum! Buttermilk chicken breast yum!

Stayed here two nights in mid-June. The location is great, and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice, and the A/C worked exceptionally well after two long days in the heat. The parking lot is awkwardly shaped, but that is only a minor quibble. Would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here for a long weekend for a mountain bike race at Windrock and it was great. Our suite had a kitchenette that was perfect for simple meals. The room was clean and modern. Gym looked nice. Too cold to swim, but pool area was cute. Breakfast was pretty average.
