First night review - uncomfortable beds and pillows, noisy AC, antiquated bathroom and shower, tired looking, big disappointment! Refreshment tray disgraceful! On the plus side Great location but feel like the Hampton would be a better choice at this stage🤔

A very tired grand hotel , This is not the quality of the Hilton I have come to expect , from a constantly dripping shower to an airconditioner sounding like a noisy car , the room was tired , housekeeping was unreliable . Rusty bath tub, thread bare carpets . A disappointing breakfast selection. If you’re thinking of staying here think again .

The front desk staff that checked me in was great. She was funny and attentive. Valet sent me to the front desk first then I was told I had to go back to valet and get a ticket first. That was confusing but possibly just a simple misunderstanding. The hold on my credit card that I agreed, then signed for was $50. I was told the valet would come out of my hold amount but it didn’t. They added the additional amount on top of my hold instead so my hold was $85.12. Now this wasn’t an issues for me personally but if you were someone that had to live on a tighter budget this could be annoying. Now for the important part. The rooms were dated. This was my second time staying at this location in 5 years and it will be added to my never again list. My cousin and I both agreed these were some of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. As a flight attendant and a travel nurse we have slept in many beds, in many hotels. This is definitely top 3 worst, if not #1. The double rooms are double beds not queens, so they are small beds. They are so hard. Not firm but hard and kinda lumpy. Both of us woke up with achy hips. The rooms are dated. The bathroom, while clean, was also dated. It’s a bummer to see such a beautiful building with such an amazing location and good staff be over shadowed by a corps refusal to invest in the hard product. It was clean enough that even the dated room could have been overlooked if the beds weren’t absolutely miserable.

Do not stay at this hotel. It states it is 4 star - more like 2. The rooms are tired, furniture has seen better days. Paintwork peeling, bathroom dated - what 4 star hotel has a shower curtain over a bath! We complained after the first night, as we arrived late and just need to sleep. We were moved to another room- slightly bigger, but still not to a standard that you would expect. We were booked in via a travel company for 3 nights. The following day - after a lovely day out we came back to find the room had not been done. We went to reception to be told that you now had to request your room to be made up. We asked for clean towels, she went out the back and came out with a set, I asked if they could be sent to our room as we were going out for dinner, we were told no! The following morning, we requested our room be done - came back - not done, complained again, manager said she did not know how this had happened. Requested clean towels - never arrived. Breakfast was awful!! Do not waste your money - it is a disgrace to call it 4 stars, the staff look fed up and so were we. Ocean Florida needs to re think who they book their clients hotels

Worst hotel we ever stayed. Very tired inside and staff were very rude. Room wasn’t even cleaned one day. Car got damaged. Fire alarm went off during night and staff were nowhere to be seen. Couldn’t wait to leave. We considered leaving earlier than planned however couldn’t because of a tropical storm. The location was good but nothing else positive to say.
