The Westin Chattanooga

My complements to the entire team at this hotel. It was not just Sunny (who is mentioned often in these reviews), but every member of the front desk staff, who were welcoming and engaging, and interacted with me like a valued customer and not just a person to be processed through. The common spaces here are lovely - and the Marketplace cafe makes great espresso based drinks (as good as any we have found in Chattanooga). We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby - and again had great interactions with the staff there. Even the architecture of the hotel is noteworthy. It is a square built with extra length at each corner - giving it twice as many corner rooms, and allowing the large support columns to run internally, not right at the corner. This makes the corner rooms fabulous, with lots of light and windows and views. And the elevators run at the center, all facing out into the atrium with glass walls. The rooms are clean, and the beds comfortable. This is a special Westin, and worth visiting. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

This was a nice stay overall. Our second floor room was clean, towels were of high quality and the bed was comfortable. The only bit of advice I would offer is to avoid the second floor if you like a quiet stay. Our four-night stay consistently had a lot of party sounds from the first floor bar/lobby and also from the pool area (on the second floor).

Hotel is clean, restaurant is wonderful and ambience is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel 6 or 7 different trips and every time it has been lovely. Our kids love it here too.management seems to be doing a great job. We love taking walks around the outside of the hotel and the nearby neighborhood. We have been visiting for 5 years now and when in Chattanooga we always choose to stay here.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Very impressed with everything at this hotel. We visit Chattanooga once or twice a year but decided to stay here for my husband’s birthday and spend a little more for the corner room. It was absolutely worth it! Floor to ceiling windows were my favorite feature. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view of the city and the mountain. Room was spacious and super clean, very fresh - housekeeping did a great job. King bed was super comfortable. Shower was modern and good pressure; great lighting around mirror too. There was a very nice desk facing the window if you need to do some work. I loved the small details that make this Westin stand out as a top notch experience- robe and slippers, lavender oil and shower mist, complimentary water, coffee and tea. For the hotel: Beautiful interior design of the lobby. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Valet parking was on point - fast and respectful of property. We had breakfast at the sit-down restaurant and it was delicious. We also found the Market to be convenient and well-stocked. If I had to name a negative it would only be that service at both restaurant and market were pretty slow. It didn’t bother us since we were there to relax anyway! Location is great too for walking to nearby restaurants and the Tivoli theater and other attractions. This is a great hotel for everybody- romantic couples, convention/work, or fun girls’ getaway trip!

Our most recent stay at the Westin Hotel was truly exceptional, largely thanks to Sunny's outstanding service. The lovely suite room itself was magnificent, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to quality and comfort. The rooftop bar offers scenic views of the riverfront and mountains.
