Hampton Inn Weslaco

This is suppose to be a No Smoking hotel. We checked in our room on the top floor and did our normal spraying smell neutralizer and left for appointment. Upon returning the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but we just sprayed smell neutralizer again and retired for the evening. We reported it to the front desk twice and no real response or remedy from front desk attendant. All of our things ended up smelling of cigarette smoke and were very disappointed in their service to this problem. Will never stay here again.

Jacob is the best. Typically, I read reviews and usually pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and skip reviews that talk about service. Until now. Jacob was simply the kindest and most helpful gentleman. Thank you, Jacob. I will be back.

The air conditioner rattled all night long. Sounded like there was a part that was loose. It was very hard to sleep at night with the noise. the rest of the stay was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect.

This is a nice hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was With breakfast. Tamales and refried beans were the primary offering for breakfast. I get it The border is right there. Refried beans are great , but not for breakfast. In my opinion. Huevos Rancheros is a Mexican staple. Why not have that as well? Breakfast tacos? Hamon? There are plenty of choices here. Tamales and refried beans seems too specific. What about vegetarian guests ? Waffle only?
