Holiday Inn Houston Webster an IHG Hotel

Good hotel, basic amenities, nothing special. Breakfast was standard for IHG, except you have to pay for it, which is not standard. Stayed in a king room that was excessively big, odd but not a complaint. Room seemed to be surface clean. Pool area was somewhat small, but we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, especially since it rained all weekend. All the staff was encountered were very friendly, helpful, etc.

I've been here several times and spent 5 days in August. This Hotel is my favorite to come back to given the low stress environment, close proximity to access in and out, great staff, food and shops nearby. Madison greeted me and makes me feel at home everytime. Clean spacious rooms, nice breakfast and bar make this location ideal to relax. I'm sure I'll be back for the Titans/Texans game. Thank you for another great stay!

The most well established hotel I’ve traveled to, the building is well kept, beautiful and clean. The staff is the main attraction, lovely front desk representatives, and an outstanding manager, Madison goes above and beyond for any guest! The rooms are spacious and the hotel offers a restaurant and bar downstairs. 100% will be staying again, great price and hospitality that’s well worth it!

Room was very spacious but the amenities were terrible. Breakfast was $10 each which we declined. No guide for the tv channels, no clock, no paper to write on, very very thin toilet paper, asked for room away from traffic noise but was given room in front where there was traffic noise.

Clean and safe place near lots of shopping and restaurants. Needs some TLC with lots of things. The room we had was clean and great. However carpet in hallway was coming up and a hazard. I tripped on it once. Indoor pool was down for maintenance. Grand daughters were very disappointed. We picked this hotel for indoor pool area.
