Dirty hotel. Staff wasnāt friendly. Stains on carpet, covers dirty. Hair in tub⦠disgusting experience. Came for an overnight visit and slept in clothes because nothing was clean. Got through it and will never come back. The only plus is the location.

My wife and 6-month-old son are currently staying at this Residence Inn for a single night at $190.00 including tax. Our experience here has so far been an experience to forget. If you read back from a review in 2015, you'll find a similar complaint. The complaint is so spot-on that I wonder if, in the past 8 years, the issue was ever dealt with. I used a towel to wipe the algae I found off of the side of the pool... gross! It surrounded the entire lining of the pool. Besides that, the tiles on the pool room walls are falling off. I can only speculate as to why, but I'm guessing rot. Regardless of what it is, it should be a project for now, not later and the pool should be closed until the project is complete. The other issues were: Front desk associate could not find our reservation. We had to research the reservation number for them. This was disheartening news after a ten-hour road trip. Also, our originally-assigned room, 113, was both on the first level, and had multiple major cracks in the exterior window. This was a safety hazard for me and my family and I asked to be moved to an upper-level room. They were accommodating but not until after telling me that every room was sold-out and that would have to take the room of an incoming ambassador, which I found out later is a Marriott rewards member, which I am not. I will be asking for compensation. I've never dealt with Marriott customer service before but as a former hotel manager, myself, I would be ashamed of this property and I would take drastic measures to improve the quality of my guest's stay.

Stayed here for four nights on a business trip. Staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is in need of updating and a deep clean. When I checked in and initially entered my room there was leftover food in my refrigerator and dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

I booked a one bedroom suite for my family, and requested an upgrade to a 2 bedroom, because I have the top-level Ambassador Bonvoy status, and am supposed to be upgraded when possible. My wife and kids checked in before I arrived, and again requested the upgrade. However they were told that there were no two-bedrooms available. I called the Ambassador service line, and had an ambassador reach out to the hotel and let them know I was offering to PAY FULL PRICE for the upgrade and just rebook, as I could see there were several two-bedroom units available. But they doubled down on their lie, and rather than provide service or admit a mistake, said that they had all been sold and it just wasn't updated in the system yet. All night I could see that there were two bedroom suites available to be booked, while we were crammed into the one-bedroom that was supposedly "all they had." It was extremely irritating that they would rather be dishonest than provide options or service for someone who books 100+ nights a year and spends $25k+ annually.

The hotel frontdesk is amazing! however the restroom has hairs all over the side of the wall! No housekeeping came to clean it during our 2 nights so I was very disappointed. The hotel is in a very good location and we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Overall I would not recommend the cleaning standards of this hotel if you have toddlers.
