Drury Inn & Suites The Woodlands

Excellent Staff. The room was clean; however there were stains on the carpet and the water in the shower backed up … poor drainage. Breakfast was average. There is No Vending Machines in this hotel. They do have a small store to purchase items however, it only had water and monster drinks.

From the moment we walked in the door till we left, the hotel exceeded all expectations. Vicki at the front desk went so far above and beyond I can’t give her enough stars. She was so personable and we talked with her many times. She made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast was by far the best we have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was incredible — comfortable and quiet. All the staff were so friendly and treated us like royalty! I highly recommend this hotel.

I don’t know why anyone would stay here. As a full time traveler this is less than one star. ZERO amenities. You stay in The Woodlands you expect something nice. Old. Dilapidated. No service to your room. 1/2 the TV channels don’t work. Sink doesn’t drain. Absolutely ridiculous. Wyndham you should be ashamed of yourself. Never again. Do yourself a favor pick another hotel.

I initially chose this hotel for a combination of location, price and ratings. I ended up staying 4 days while a family member was at CHI St. Luke’s Hospital nearby. My experience was wonderful. The hotel was super clean, the staff was friendly. My room was great, the beds were comfortable. This room had a very refreshing clean smell. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was great. The juice machine was out of order that was a minor thing for me. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location near memorial Herman hospital the woodlands. Found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Near shopping and several places to eat. Prices were very reasonable. Rooms are accessible on the inside of the hotel for added safety.
