Holiday Inn Express & Suites Texarkana an IHG Hotel

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was delightful; the combination of excellent service and a prime location made our trip memorable. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, featuring a king-sized bed that ensured restful nights. The staff went above and beyond, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met promptly

Much nicer than the HIEx Convention Center. A little pricier, but worth the extra. Lovely renovation. We had a short stay and didn't get to try the breakfast, but have you ever had a bad HiEx breakfast??!! Not . . . ! Check-in staff was great. Great experience. We'll be back.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and they had a good selection for breakfast. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I will absolutely be back. This was a home away from home. If you want a great stay I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

I used my points to pay for this stay for one night. I had a pet with me and disclosed that upon checking in and paid for the pet fee. The following morning, I swapped my dog out with a dog. I got back from my trainer, she took my other dog home with her. Once I got the dogs swapped, I began the process of loading up and left approximately 30 minutes later so there was only one dog in the room the entire time. But they charged me a double pet fee. I called them and explained that I only had one dog at a time there so there was only one dog in the room the entire time, but they still said that it would be as if I had had two dogs there the entire night so I got charged $50 twice.

Disgusting!!!! DON'T STAY HERE! Bathroom had dark hairs of all lengths on the floor and the shower door was broken. A Dr. Pepper bottle cap was on the floor under the head of the bed so I know the carpet wasn't vacuumed. There is no excuse for this.
