Clarion Pointe Sulphur Springs

Check in was perfect, and seamless. The room was spacious , cool, spotless, quiet, and relaxing. The bathroom was large and clean with great lighting. We loved having the k cups in the room. Breakfast was great! We only needed it for the night while passing through. But would stay again if needed!

Great stay, very good staff. checkin was smooth and easy. customer service was above normal which is always refreshing ;) room was clean and quiet. Everything worked as advertised. Did not get a chance to try the workout room area. The pantry had a lot of stock so that is good. Bar was closed, yet for beer and wine, the pantry is a good substitute. Walked over to the bowling alley next door, can’t say that’s an asset to that area. Had to resort to delivery as i did not feel like driving after a long day. Good location, plenty of parking, very good staff. I WILL return! Thanks!

Room was great, breakfast wss the best I have had on my trip. Staff was super helpful and friendly, especially the general manager. Had difficult day before arriving with no reservation..I was warmly treated and can't say enough about my acommodations. Exceeded my expectations!

I called to check on room rate and availability. Whoever answered the phone was insistent that I reserve a room NOW to save the rate quoted. This was a red flag so drove to the hotel and check things out before reserving a room. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean property with polite staff. Our room was very clean and breakfast the next morning was on par with other hotels. We would definitely stay here again in the future. My only suggestion would be to dial down pressure when someone calls in.

Nicest hotel in Sulphur Springs-the rooms are nice and the common areas are appealing and clean. Very comfortable beds, and friendly staff make check in easy and problem free. We stay here about 8 times per year, visiting a family member in the area.
