The manager was a jerk like she was above everybody else. They had bugs crawling in the room (cockroaches) I was planning on staying there year but due to the attitude of the manager I decided I would move out. I was paying 178.00 a night moved and now at a new motel in town I’m paying 85.00 a night Hampton Inn used to be my go too but not anymore

This property is far below parr, and the pictures represent only the bathroom. Besides the grout and caulking showing signs of mold, the patching attempts are amateur and inadequate. The tub is calcified and filthy looking. The carpet in the room as well as in common areas is hideously filthy. Other Hampton Inn properties in recent stays have also shown signs of deterioration and filth. Probably our last stay with Hampton Inn.

Far below Hilton standards. This property is far overdue for a complete renovation. Outside is unkept with weeds and tall grass in landscaping. Hallways smell of mildew. Rooms are worn and not cleaned well. Overall poorly maintained. Only positive is the friendly front desk staff.

I stayed at this property in May 2024 while attending my niece's graduation at Tarleton State University. Of course, the rates were highly inflated as a result of this being a graduation weekend. I booked a King Bed Studio suite with Whirlpool 6 months in advance for $570 for 2 nights. A few days before I arrived I received an email from Hilton to check-in and select a room. I did so an selected room 327. When I arrived, I was assigned room 105, a regular King room. Not a suite and no Whirlpool. I wwnt back to the front desk and after several minutes of them asking me to verify my original reservation, etc., they decided they screwed up and assigned me room 302. That room was a suite but still no Whirlpool. I was busy and had no time for further arguing. So congrats Hampton Inn, you screwed me over as I just paid the premium rate for a lesser room. In general, I have nothing but problems with every Hilton property I stay at, which is why I as a Marriott premium member I usually stay at their properties where I never have issues. The only bright side is that the desk agent Mark is very nice but ultimately he was of no help. Furthermore, this property needs to spend some time and money on landscaping. Overgrown weeds, etc. The place looks like a dump from the outside! Breakfast was less than up to typical Hilton standards. I arrived an hour before it ended and they were out of just about everything. No attendant in sight so that was disappointing.

i was a military police officer and a retired Dallas police officer. i can pull into a hotel an look at cars in the parking lot, video camera placement, people and when you have seen what i have seen in hotels ? this hotel is a bad choice. i did stay one Nite and there were several issues computers where down no record of my booking the room and building was bad not clean it smelled like mold and death. The bed was very bad and the ac did not work properly the bathroom resembled a dirty truck stop bathroom . i would not bring a family member or my wife or teen or children to this location . there are obvious problems at this location on many levels. this facility is in very bad condition i have seen many scenario's of very bad things happening in locations just as this one . i would urge you to find another location to stay.
