Ornerla, front desk person, provided me with Chris, allegedly the owner to express my high disappointment during my stay Dec 6-8. Upon arrival, it appeared to be a clean hotel with the smell of Fabuloso hitting my nose upon checking in. The guy at the front desk was extremely cordial and offered great customer service. My initial thought of room 337 was it was nice and clean with no musty smell. The roaches were hiding because my friend and I drank some wine in the cups wrapped in platic provided in the room. The empty bottle was placed in one of the trash can. s. When I went to the bathroom Saturday morning, I saw a roach crawling in the ceiling of the shower. After seeing that roach, I immediately became concerned because I DO NOT DESIRE TO TAKE ROACHES HOME. I then saw one crawling near my toiletries items. I took the bag of trash out and several came out of the bag crawling ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I have never ever been insulted, offended, and disappointed during my travel and stay at any hotel. I travel a lot, but this was the first hotel that I experienced ROACHES. I immediately checked all of my things and packed everything back into my suitcase and zipped it. I told the maid to keep the lights on and change the stained bedsheets that I noticed Saturday morning. She politely replied okay. I wrote my requests in Spanish because she does not speak English. I WILL NEVER EVER RESIDE AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN. THAT OWNER OR MANAGER NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I DON'T HAVE TO HAVE LUXURY, BUT I MUST FEEL COMFORTABLE. I GOT ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEP AND KEPT ALL THE LIGHTS ON UNTIL I LEFT EARLY ON SUNDAY. I CONTACTED THE HEADQUARTERS AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL BE THROWING ALL OF THOSE ITEMS AWAY IN MY SUITCASE BECAUSE I DONT KNOW IF ROACH EGGS ARE IN MY SUITCASE OR NOT. THIS IS SAD AND SICKENING. YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING. Consumers, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE. That is unless you feel comfortable with roaches. BUT EXPECT BETTER FOR YOURSELF ! NEVER AGAIN

Watch out for roaches in your room especially on the 3rd floor. The management needs to be more accountable for customer issues and make preemptive corrective actions instead of waiting till you elevate your concerns. Hotel has recently gone through a major renovation, and they are charging premium price for the hotel now, if you intend on charging more then make sure your service meets the level of expectations you are charging for this is a 2.5* hotel and you are charging 3* star price for.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Beds were really cheap, the room had roaches, when asked if we could be moved to another room or get a refund they said the manager wasn’t there so nothing could be done and proceeded to hand us a raid can??? Manager still hasn’t contacted me back

Dear, I would like to provide feedback on the condition of the facility during our recent stay. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that impacted our experience: The floor felt sticky, as though it hadn't been properly mopped in quite some time, and there were visible stains. The air conditioning unit was emitting humid air, suggesting it may not have been serviced for an extended period. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which affected ventilation. We also found dead black bugs on the comforter, and after using it, we experienced some itching, which was concerning. Overall, the lack of maintenance throughout the facility made it difficult to have a comfortable stay. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the quality of the accommodations for future guests. Ankit Patel
