Hilton Garden Inn North Houston Spring

The staff service was excellent Otis the manager, Skylar, Erin, Sindy who works in housekeeping were all very professional and attentive. All the staff really were great. Their passion and pride for customer service was excellent. Otis personally and Joy is infectious. Thank the staff for me and my family please. 🥰

This HGI is about 6 floors, it shares lot with Hampton Inn of equal height. I had a room on 3rd floor, got in late, smooth checkin, free parking, had a nice bfast the next morning which had buffet or a lamcarte options, friendly staff and patrons seems like a lot of sporting teams staying, all family friendly A/c is good and steady, shower good, sat morning it is a quiet area but close to shopping and highways. Took about 1/2 hr on Sam Hoston tollway to get to Bellaire, normal traffic

I called for a reservation and connected with Sasha at the front deck. She was delightful!!! I needed to use my Hilton Honors points and pay real money for my reservation. Sasha walked me through what I needed to do online. I called back to the hotel to verify I did everything correctly and Sasha answered and verified I did in fact follow her instructions correctly. I told her I looked forward to meeting her at check in. Lovely person!!! She had the sense of humor to put up with my instigations and my wife and I felt valued as a customer!!! In my phone contacts under Hilton North Houston I put Sasha's name, not that I needed it, I just didn't want to forget!!!! What an asset to Hilton!!!

The hotel amenities were "the best", as always. But, all the folks involved in all aspects of hosting us were what made the stay so special. From a customer's point of view, smiling faces and cheerful attitudes often seem to be rare commodities in the hospitality business, but not at the Hilton Garden Inn North Houston Spring!

Nice place to stay. Friendly personnel always willing to help. Housekeeping do a very good job cleaning and refilling the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash, great for.me as I do not havebto bring or bought them. AC a little noisy when compressor starts but nothing that can't be manage.
