Hampton Inn & Suites North Houston Spring

Usually, you expect hotels to have electricity. Not so much here. It’s been on and off all week. No storms. No reason. No other power outages in nearby hotels where my colleagues are staying. Power seems to be on everywhere else. See pictures below. Lovely here.

Great hotel and sales staff to work with for a group stay! Our team stays here every November. The staff is professional, curious, and kind. The breakfast is adequate for a group. The hotel is clean and updated. Parking is easy, and they make groups feel welcome.

We were in town for our sons wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience positive. Every staff member that we had contact with was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Next time we come to Spring we will definitely stay here.

I travel to the area frequently for work, and this has become my go to hotel. Unfortunately, during my last stay the Internet, phones and elevators were down during my entire 3 day stay, but I’ll take that inconvenience over some of the gross places I’ve stayed in town. My room is always clean when I’ve stayed here and staff are always friendly and helpful.

This property exceeded my expectations. It’s clean. There’s amble towels in the bathroom (a rarity for a family of 4-6). The pool area gives resort vibes. The breakfast is top tier. We are definitely satisfied. Our family of 4 are comfortable.
