Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square

We stayed at the Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square on our way to Belize and it was a pretty bad experience even for 1 night. While the area is very nice, the hotel is really nothing special. The rooms are old, the stained carpet could tell a thousand stories, the air con is ridiculously loud and we found 4 very long curly black hair on the shower wall. How did House Keeping possibly miss this? When notified, the Manager on duty did offer to change room and gave us vouchers for complimentary breakfast, but too late to make a good first impression. Also, a couple of days after our stay, somebody tried to buy something online in dollars using my husband’s credit card. We believe that his card was cloned at the Hilton Dallas because that’s the only time that he had used it outside of normal transactions at home. Net, if you want to stay in Southlake which is a very nice area with lots of little shops and restaurants and not too far from the airport, you’d better choose another hotel.

Our team recently held a business meeting with 30 participants at this location, and we were impressed with how everything went smoothly from start to finish, all thanks to Amber Mataviesko. She was exceptional and clearly dedicated to her work. Amber was very detail-oriented and organized, which contributed to the success of our meeting. Additionally, the group enjoyed the food so much that they felt like they were dining at a high-end restaurant rather than a hotel. Thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our group. We will be back!

We needed to cut our 2 night stay to one night and inquired at the front desk if this was okay, since we pre-paid for both nights. The front desk assured as that it would be fine. Again, this morning, when checking out they again said we would be refunded. However, upon returning home, we were told by the hotel management that they are not refunding the second night. They are very dishonest and deceitful.

Very nice hotel. Would recommend. Lobby is spacious and nice. Rooms large and clean. We had a drink and a snack in restaurant - good happy hour pieces. Hotel and restaurant staff all helpful and nice. Great location with restaurants and shops in short walking distance. Would stay again for sure. Easy parking (free).

Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square is a conveniently located hotel, just about 15 minutes from DFW Airport. Situated in the vibrant Southlake Town Square, it’s surrounded by excellent dining and shopping options. The property has been recently refurbished, offering a fresh and modern ambiance. It also has a pet-friendly policy, accommodating guests traveling with dogs while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are some limitations: the hotel does not provide shuttle service to the airport, and there is no dedicated concierge team. Additionally, the breakfast credit is capped at $30 per day per room for gold & diamond guest regardless of the number of registered guests to the room . Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay in Dallas, especially for those seeking convenience and proximity to local amenities.
