Hampton Inn Snyder TX

Stayed for one night in a double queen room. It was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a wait at check in because the rodeo was in town and there was a slight problem with rooms but an extra person finally came and got the check in process going faster. Breakfast was good and coffee was okay. All in all we had a nice one night stay.

Comfortable hotel with great staff and management. It wax very clean and the hotel provide a decent breakfast. Ample parking. Great wifi. Hopefully I'll be back in Snyder in the near future and I'll definitely be staying here. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We were traveling this weekend and stopped here because it was close and in my Hilton App. I am a Diamond member, it's in my app, and it's on my Hilton Amex. So, we check in, she verifies my card and ID and gives us our key. No greeting, no recognition as a Hilton Honors member, nothing. The hotel was clean and functional, but if the front desk can't be bothered to acknowledge your loyalty, or give you your free water ( aren't the perks amazing!!), what is the point of having the loyalty program?

My stays here have all been positive. I travel for business and often have to do laundry. Being older, I have asked for first floor and been accommodated most every stay. The staff is very efficient, professional, and helpful. The washer/dryer pay by phone is so convenient. I do wish the business office was updated, but I have adjusted by bringing my own needs in that area. Thank you for the kind attention to details and making me feel important and safe.

This hotel has a major bird problem, thousands of birds right outside of window. The hotel staff said they have been there for years. They are very loud and only stay at night. Weird smell throughout the hotel, Rust in the bathtub. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
