Comfort Inn & Suites Selma near Randolph AFB

These guys charged me a credit card usage fee, without telling me up front. It was only $3.50 but really, it's the point. Credit cards are a convenience for the user and the receiver. Bad, bad, bad, I won't be back! Incidentally, the hotel was clean and I felt safe there.

Room was super clean. Bed was beautifully made and comfy. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. I left an item in the room and was kindly let back in to retrieve it. At only 20 minutes from Natural Bridge Caverns, this was a great bargain.

This place charged us for our original stay and then the next day charged us other random amounts and then denied they did so. I’ve called the general manager cynitha at least 8 times leaving 4 voicemails and she will not talk to me she has now blocked my number I assume because it no longer rings more than once and no longer can leave voicemails Nobody they will give me a corporate phone number. They’re stealing money off peoples cards and then you can’t do anything about it. It’s disgusting and I am contacting the police.

Luggage cart didn't roll because of a stuck wheel. No other cart available to use. Toilet would not flush because chain in tank came off and water to the bowl continued to run very slowly nonstop after flushed. Staff was very friendly but definitely needs better maintenance.

Our room was clean and very nice. Friendly and helpful staff Especially front desk person: Michelle Borden was great!!! Thank you for everything! We stayed here because we read about the Natural Bridge Cavern's and wanted to see them. It was a great experience. Again, Thank You Michelle
