This place is absolutely disgusting!! We walked into the room that specifically states not a smoking room and we get hit with cigarette smoke. then we started to look around and I noticed 3 cigarette holes in the bed sheets. Walking further into the room we found ash on the table! We were in there a total of 5 minutes and left. Then asked to check out, the worker didn’t even ask why I wanted to check out I had to tell her, she then offered another room!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! It is dirty and disgusting and I was promised a refund after the second room I was put in was covered in stains and dirt was all over the walls. I was promised a refund and have reached out several times and never been helped. I’ve been told that the manager would reach out to the department that issues refunds and nothing has been done on my behalf. Very unprofessional behavior and a staff that lies to their customers

PLEASE don't let the positive reviews mislead you. I can only imagine that the staff at the hotel is responsible for that. Unfortunately there isn't an option for "No stars". My family and I made reservations online, the pictures on the website didn't look bad. Upon arrival, I was in disbelief. Needless to say the pictures on the website are 100% false advertisement. This is pretty much a panhandlers hotel. When we walked into the room, I was appalled at the filth. The bedding had black mildew, stains, hair EVERYWHERE! No electrical covers on the outlets, soiled and stained chair cushions. Not just a small stain, I'm talking SOILED! There was what appeared to be dried blood on the wall. Yes, dried blood... not a typo. We immediately grabbed our belongings and headed to the check-in window (the nice lobby seen on the website pics doesn't exist). We requested a refund however the worker said he wasn't able to do so, we needed to speak with the manager. After many failed attempts, we have yet to speak with the manager for a refund. We have been told that we were approved for a refund but it can take up to 5 business days. It has been well over 5 business days and have yet to receive a refund. We have made a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Health.

I read the mixed reviews before booking, but decided to give the place a chance because of the great location. I thought maybe the negative reviewers were too picky. After two nights there though I know what they’re talking about. I wasn’t expecting a Sheraton or Hilton for these prices, but I did expect certain minimum standards to be met. The stained linens and lacking amenities (no fridge, no coffee maker, no cups, only one hand towel, no extra blanket) did not prevent us from staying a second night, but the room was never cleaned or resupplied for the second night. The remodeling that has been done is incomplete and looks cheap. There is a general feeling of shabbiness. Location and price are not enough reasons to justify choosing this inn. You must be willing to overlook many of the standards and amenities you might otherwise expect. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I got my first room, walked in every sheet and pillow was stained badly, there was no fitted sheet and the toilet was clogged. I went back to the front and asked for a new room. The new room was dirty as well. The notepads had old writing on them, the soap that was provided was opened and used, there was no towels, the shower only had one temperature and was so hot I couldn’t even put my hands in it. There was a missing chair and just generally everything was ran down, broke or gross dirty. There was an abandoned van with a homeless man staying directly outside my room. I will never stay here again.
