Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

The stay was amazing, it was by the river walk and the people there were so helpful. Especially Carlos.z was superkind to us. The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay here in San Antonio.

Stayed here for a recent business trip in April 2025. Great hotel, great location on river walk. So many nice places to walk & see. Directly across from the Alamo. The Hyatt has a friendly staff. Thanks for the help Carlos Z, your kindness was appreciated.

I’ve had several business meetings here in the past month and the Valet drivers are so friendly and kind! I usually am greeted by Isaac who has been accommodating to my busy schedule and then this last time I had the pleasure of meeting Conner who parked my car Israel who returned it. These guys are awesome!

It was a wonderful stay with my family. While the facilities weren’t brand new, they were well maintained, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. In particular, the valet team stood out for their exceptional service. I’d like to especially thank Israel, Joseph, and Conner for promptly resolving an issue when retrieving our car on the last day.

When trying to use the elevator and I was on the ballroom floor after 7:00 p.m. they would not stop on the floor. This is a severe fire issue. Also, for the the breakfast that was served to the business group, the food was cold and the eggs had watery looking substance in the bottom of the pan. The breakfast meal for our group was supposed to be from 6:30 to 8:30, but the staff started picking up the food at 8:15, leaving several of the guest without anything to eat for the morning.
