Hotel was great. The room was quiet and staff was friendly enough. They charge $3.95 for parking. I have to admit I was a bit taken aback. If you are paying for a room one would think parking would come with the room. Does $4 really make the margin for you guys? I felt it was a nickel and dime situation. Especially for Hhonors members. You guys might want to rethink this one or at least have a disclaimer in the app so travelers can know about it. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere. Other than that no issues.

I made reservations, November 22nd through the 24th. I checked in my hotel room. It was kind of late. Yes I did have a late check in Saturday morning when I got up I heard footsteps going back-and-forth back-and-forth on the floor. Immediately, I called the front desk the guy that answered the phone told me he was going to go up and speak with the customer. I’m not sure if that happened or not because we still heard banging footsteps and do on I then called the front desk again spoke with a guy named Trenton. Trenton said he was going to go up there and speak with the couple after that. I left the hotel room for several hours came back to the same thing banging footsteps, banging footsteps by this time I’m very irritated because I have called the front desk several several times around six. I called again with the same complaint. This is way too many times already spoke with Trenton again. He said he was going up to the room. He said he checked them out but not sure if that happened because when I woke up Sunday morning, it was the same exact thing I called the front desk again complaining about the same noise. I then told him I was demanding a refund because I did not have a pleasant day was not able to sleep me nor my family. He then told me when I get ready to check out that he would make everything right when I went to check out at 11 AM the story changed. He said he had emailed the general manager and at this time he hadn’t gotten back with them. I went upstairs to gather the rest of my things once I came back he said the general manager had just emailed him back and he said he would take a look at it the next morning. I’ve been waiting all day. No phone call no email no nothing so I called the front desk myself around 3:15 PM asking for Trenton. Trenton said he put everything that I’ve told him in the notes so there shouldn’t be a problem with me getting a refund when I called the front desk. They first told me they were in the middle of shift changing and for me to hold on it was a guy that I spoke with about six minutes into the phone call a young lady picked up the phone and told me Trenton was not there today. Well, someone’s not telling the truth because I was clearly told that they were in the middle of shift change. Not sure why she told me that unless he was hiding something about three minutes have passed and the first guy that I talked to pick back up the phone telling me that they were still in the middle of shift change and he either needed my email address or a phone number. I then told him I needed to speak to the manager him informed me that he was the manager and what could he do for me I explained the situation to him. He put me on a brief hold came back to the telling me that I needed to call this one 800 number that was the only way we could resolve the issue. The first time I’ve ever heard of this was today because Trenton reassured me that I was going to get a refund he explained to me that he could do it, but he wanted the GM to take a look at it and that’s understandable. but to lead me on like I was really going to be taken care of. I explained to him that I live five hours away and was not able to drive back up there. If need to I will all I want. Is this matter to be taken care of? I asked Trenton did I need a receipt? He first told me no after I came back from gathering the rest of my things I asked him for a receipt just for my records I hope this matter get resolved soon thank you

Stayed here a couple weeks. The overall facility is in pretty descent shape. Parking definitely fills up at night and I think some are actually staying at the Hilton Garden next door. I did experience a few issues like my Firestick couldn't load the Hilton WiFi login page (had to figure out a work around), housekeeping keeping kept forgetting items (missing kitchen towels and not checking/refilling shampoo & conditioner bottles, etc). The thing (for me) that really sucked...their washing facilities were down. I had to take everything next door to the Hilton Garden to do laundry. The staff I interacted with were really nice and in that realm, they excelled! But the breakfast wasn't good...eatable, but not tasty at all. There are plenty of food options nearby. For those of you cooking, there's a few grocery stores and a Walmart Super store nearby. You get a full size fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a stove (no oven). McAllister park is just down the road. It's a really good option if you don't want to use the hotel exercise room. I jogged around the park a few times during my stay and it's really big. There's indoor pool at the hotel. But I saw a lot of kids using it...and dripping water all down the hallway and into the elevators. Another good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the San Antonio International Airport. In fact, you don't even need to get on the freeway to get there! And I only recall hearing just a couple airplanes...not from my room, but only while outside the building. I have no objections to staying here again.

My family and I are staying at this hotel and will NEVER be back. We have two senior citizen parents stuck on the 10th floor and 3 children UNDER 3 to carry up and down the stairs from the 6th floor because the elevators are not working! After dealing with that and going to get food we were told that the service elevator is available for us. A group of about 15 people including myself and my husband headed down the hallway towards the service elevator. After standing for a little while, a lady (presumably the manager) came to the hallway, closed the door, and stood in front of my husband and I. Another gentleman who works for the hotel opened the door again to allow more people in. At this point the ā€œmanagerā€ (who is still standing IN FRONT OF my husband and I) tells everyone who did not come with the original group (which we were in) that they would have to leave and wait. She even went as far as to gesture to my husband and I along with that group as if she hadn’t just rudely walked in and stood in front of us moments before. Even more upsetting is she BLATANTLY tried to exclude the two of us as if we hadn’t noticed already that we were the only two African Americans in line. There was a nice lady who walked in with us who even turned around and looked appalled when she attempted to exclude us. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. To be inconvenienced and then blatantly disrespected is UNACCEPTABLE. I will continue to escalate this matter until someone contacts me. I have never experienced anything like this but mark my words it will never happen at this establishment again once I am done. Just stay somewhere else. The food was gross. The shower screeches when utilizing the hot water. Poor communication. The valet guys were the best

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, well-stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated attention to details such as the tissues being folded into decorative shapes. The breakfast was better than we expected, with hot foods such as eggs, sausage, oatmeal and waffles along with your usual continental items. The Wednesday evening reception was very nice with beer and wine, fresh fruit, cheese trays, salad and hot food. We deliberately stayed away from the Riverwalk to avoid the Spring Break traffic and crowds, and found this to be a great location for accessing the things we wanted to do, Parking was free and ample, though the lot did fill up at night. The kitchen had a full-size fridge, dishwasher, cooktop and everything you need to heat up restaurant leftovers and cook a meal or two once you’re tired of eating out. Previous reviews mentioned digital keys not working, but we were able to check in through the Hilton Honors app and use our digital key without a problem. Would absolutely stay here again.
