Home2Suites Hilton at the Rim offers Premiere, First Class Customer Service! This IS the place to stay if you are coming to San Antonio. You truly won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a truly wonderful place to stay that feels like home because of All the friendly, helpful staff then Home2Suites by Hilton IS the place to book your reservation and stay in the San Antonio area. Deborah, the Manager, Olivia, Anita, Rafael and Adam along with countless other employees whose names I do not know were always friendly, efficient and very helpful! Olivia helped me with technical issues I had with my computer, although that was and is NOT part of her job description...in other words, I found ALL the employees I had the privilege of meeting there very helpful and kind. Anita is super friendly and very customer centric focused...First Class Customer Service all the way around at the Front Desk! Rafael was very attentive to my stay and kept in touch to be sure everything was going smoothly; I so very much appreciated him, and Adam, also...both very kind and wanting to help in any way which they did. And lastly but certainly NOT least, is Deborah, the Manager with whom I met to that her my stay. She was extremely helpful to me to say the least! I cannot say enough Good things about this hotel, and highly recommend staying here for top notch customer service! In summary, I genuinely thank ALL the very kind, helpful people I had the privilege of meeting.. Their quality of care as well as their kindness is just The Best! Thank you again, from my heart, and God bless all of you!

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, my family had a horrible experience at your property. There was a mishap during check-in where the front desk clerk (Ralph) deleted my credit card information and was unaware that I already checked-in my family via the Hilton app. I had to call the Hilton help line for assistance. My family had to wait an extended time after traveling on the road. The next morning at breakfast, my family was treated rudely by the hotel staff and made to feel very uncomfortable. To the point where they took their breakfast to their room. On Saturday night, at 3am, a door was kicked in three rooms away. Everyone was frightened and could not go back to sleep. I'm a Hilton rewards Gold member and this is not the level of service expected of a Hilton property.

The best home 2 suites I have stayed, people are really nice everything clean, manager Armando, front desk Anita is the best staff member she was really nice, and the breakfast is great Esther explain me everything , they have eggs, yogurth, fruit

Overall hotel was Clean. The staff was pleasant. The beds were hard. They had noisy air conditioning. Yet close to restaurants and shopping at the Rim. Sadly our truck was broken into. This area does not seem safe. Lots of traffic! Tons of closures and road construction on 10 and 1604.

Worst beds. You cant sleep in there. The shadow windows where full of holes. The worst part was the front desk lady. As we reserved as third party Hotels.com they wanted to charged us twice. Actually, they did. We gave our credit card for the 25 dollars deposit for incidents that was ok as all the hotels you go, but after that, they started xharging us fees and fees and when I asked for an itemization of the charges they said they over ride them. But they charged again without our consent. Be careful to stay on this hotel because the abuse your trust. There is so many options out there better, cheaper and more friendly. The front desk lady since we arrived said she didnt found our reservation and i had to call Hotels.com and it happens the excellent service on their part calling to the hotel and helping us to find it until she did (miraculously). She told us that she didn't speak spanish but i saw her speaking spanish with another staff member during breakfast. What a terrible experience and annoying place. If you want to rest, dont go there. They will make a very good effort on making you feel unwelcome. The window blinds full of holes making the light pass thru annoying to sleep well.
