This hotel is old and outdated. The room I was assigned had water marks and damage to the ceiling. Was checking in late and leaving early for business. Was there for maybe 7 hours total and when checking out 3-4 vehicles had been broken into. For a Hilton you would like the building would be better kept.

My car was not broken into...got lucky. Both front office and breakfast attendant were friendly. Clean room and clean bathroom. I'm so glad that they still had the old school waffle makers. I've stayed at 3 Hiltons this past year and they all seemed to have adopted that awful automatic pancake maker. What a horrible investment, because it cheapens the breakfast experience. I was pleased with the toppings available for our waffles and selection. My only inconvenience was that the closet door did not shut all they way and would get stuck on its track.

I made a reservation by phone directly with the hotel, and was told there was a single $75 pet fee for the two nights. The wifi didn't work. I tried to call the front desk about it. The phone didn't work, either. I went to the front desk; "main wifi and room phones don't work, due to equipment problems", not an outage. The alternate wifi login did work. I was double charged for the pet fee, and despite my efforts couldn't get that resolved for 18 days after checking out. The hotel is nice, smells fine, bed/pillows superb, room spotless, furniture/appliances in good condition, soundproofing awesome, breakfast excellent, pool refreshing. Front desk staff at all hours were kind and helpful, and I'm so grateful for that. At least two people's cars were busted into by thieves during the night, but not mine. It's reasonable to ask of a hotel are that I not be overcharged and then stonewalled, and that the bill doesn't look like someone just invented numbers if you don't look closely. I wouldn't stay here again because the stress of worrying about billing nonsense that's a struggle to resolve would ruin the otherwise pleasant experience.

Wish we could give 0 stars. Several cars/trucks were broken into while we were there, including ours; even though we were parked close to the front door. Mgmt. is aware this is a regular occurrence and has made NO effort to have any security on the premises including working cameras.

I checked in late due to flight delay. Front desk clerk had a very hard time checking me in for my prepaid 2 nights after I arrived at 2am. Unfortunately, Riley was the clerk when I checked out and insisted I came a day early, which I did not, and charged me 83.99 for an extra night. Have spoken with Mary, front desk manager,she is just as confused and I am out 83.99 extra for a 2 night trip I took to go to a funeral. Ugh. Will be writing a letter to owner of this less than average hotel. Do not recommend.
