Do not stay here. The room stunk like mildew. The TV didn't work. Didn't have enough pillows in the room. It was not very clean. I do not recommend staying here. The lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful to the extent she could have....

This is the worst hotel have ever stayed in. The only positive is that it is pet friendly (except for the thorns). The first room I was given had a broken door lock and the secondary lock had been ripped from the door jamb, the bed spread had cigarette burns and reeked. The next room had holes in the walls, a moldy shower curtain and the toilet was not secured to the floor. We had just left a La Quinta hotel and had a good experience. We had a reservation at another La Quinta for the day after San Angelo which I cancelled, vowing never to return to a Wyndham property. I am shocked that this dump is even open.

This hotel is a zero star in my opinion. When I got there the door was open and it was late. I tried turning on the lights but they did not work. I had to check the room with my phone light which was scary. Pillows, bed and blankets as well as the sofa all have stains. There are tons of stains and splatter on the walls. The shower curtain had severe mold and no shower towels. Stains on the carpet as well. The stairs are rotted out and unsafe. Would never go back. I was fooled by the online pictures on this hotel.

The room was very clean and bed was very soft! Room attendant came the next morning to see if I needed anything. He was very pleasant and friendly! the price was very reasonable and location was very good! will definitely stay here again and I hope they still have same friendly attendant!

Where to begin? This was a dump. From driving up it looked shabby, but it gets worse. When I went in to check in, there was another customer there but two clerks. They were bad mouthing other customers. I feel sorry for the people in room 130, whoever they may have been. Before I was finished checking in, the first customer was back because his keys didnāt work. We went to our room, wading through trash on the ground. The stairwell was filled with garbage and full garbage bags. The room seemed clean enough when we first entered, after having to figure out the trick to opening the door. After arriving, I went to the bathroom. The flusher broke off in my hand. I tried to call the desk from the room phone, but it had no dial tone. I can see them getting rid of land lines in this age, but they should get rid of the phones, too. After looking up the phone number, I called the motel to tell them and ask for another room. The clerk said she would call me back in a few minutes, but never did. When we left for the event we traveled to San Angelo for, we called again and asked when they were going to fix the toilet. She said soon. We expected it by the time we got back, but no such luck. The beds were uncomfortable and I tossed and turned all night, thinking about how a surprise treat for my husband had turned ugly. The next morning, we went down for the breakfast and were again disappointed. The waffle machine worked, but that was the only choice besides cold cereal. There was apple juice, but when I got a cup a greasy film developed on the top, so I threw it away. There was no where good in the breakfast room to toss it so I carried it to the ladies room where I discovered there were no paper products. Finally, we head to the desk to check out and complain. The clerk could not do anything about a complaint, because according to their computer there was no one in room 234 the night before and no one with my name in any room. I asked for my money back. She said that would have to go through a manager and she would get back with me in a couple of days. Really? If she were going to do anything about problems, she would have had my toilet fixed.
