We arrived with no reservation and Bob the front desk manager was so accommodating! We had car trouble and they did everything they could to help. Rooms are super clean, and very quiet. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. All I can say is Bob needs a raise!!!Excellent customer service.

Amazing staff every time we visit. They go above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. We will never stay anywhere else while visiting the area. This is our place! And the beds are amazing too!

In three trips to that area in the last three years I have stayed there probably 33 days total and have been totally satisfied. Weekly rate is a great value. Run by a friendly family it has always been clean and comfortable. Clean pool and pool area in the summer. Any trip to see family will have me staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! It was clean and spacious for myself and my family! The staff was absolutely amazing and went out of their way to get us to a room the suites our needs! We will definitely be back again next year when visiting Rusk!

We had a recent unplanned trip to Rusk and needed to find 4 rooms last minute. Each guests room requirements were definitely different and the property was able to accommodate all our needs. Rooms were very clean and the front desk agent was very friendly. Positively will return the next visit to see my family! Hopefully when it's warmer because they have a cute little pool with my name on it.
