The hotel is nice, I've stayed several times due to convenience. Rooms are always clean. This stay I wanted to celebrate my husband "just because" I chatted with Candice who answered all my questions and accommodated our needs. When I arrived to decorate I was pleasantly surprised with 2 baskets of goodies and a nice note. Thank you Chanel and Candice. I wish I had taken a picture. We will definitely come back.

Hotel was fair. The room was comfortable - we had a double queen, and the space was nice, well furnished, and had a nice curtain to draw between the sofa and the beds. Bathroom was on the small side but acceptable. Water pressure on the 4th floor was very much on the low side. We didn't use the kitchen much, but the fridge was set up oddly where the door swung the wrong way (it's in the corner) so a little awkward to use. I would swear that those beds were not queens, they were doubles (fulls). Obviously didn't have a tape measure but my wife and I sleep on a queen at home and these beds sure felt small. Lobby was nice and spacious, gym was fairly well equipped, and the pool area looked fine though we didn't use it. Breakfast was pretty good but the serving staff was having a very hard time keeping it running, constantly running out of plates and coffee and various food items. Breakfast didn't seem wildly busy, they may just be understaffed. Could have gone for ice being available at breakfast for beverages.

Requested my Hilton Honors be donated, as I’ll never step FOOT in a property of theirs. Front Mgr should pay less attention to his own appearance VS having an employee saying, he knew I was a Jew. Who sits and reads novels all day, unemployable anywhere else.

As a Diamond Elite Member of over 20 years, this has been one of the worst service and rooms I have been in. Although the rooms are very decent, what I am about to explain below sets a different picture of what you are actually getting into when renting a room. I checked in to room 335 and also had 435 both were full of COCKROACHES called the front desk and they said they were full. Changed room the next day it was the same thing it seems like they all come out at night when the lights are off, when I woke up and turned on the lights in the middle of the night I saw them scatter from on top of towels and my bags. I called downstairs to see if the can come clean the room and spray they said they couldn't spray and that the cleaning was done every 4 days. Needless to say I checked out of the room because the Manager Candice Jones didn't even call to apologize. Upon check out Friday 5/12/23 I asked the person in the front desk to let me talk to the Manager 1) Because of the COCKROACHES and 2) My room rates changed. The lady in the front desk said the Manager would not return until 5/15/2023. She said she will call CANDICE JONES and she would call me back, never heard from anyone. At 4:45 PM after not hearing from anyone I called and spoke to Veland who confirmed the Manager would be out until 5/15/23 and he could not do anything about my bill, until the Manager returned. During this call I also found out that the lady in the front desk was brand new and that she was left there all alone and she really didn't know how to fix things yet and/or really learn the check out process, which is why I didn't receive my bill by email, and was still learning. Again we have a GM "CANDICE JONES" that left the Hotel and left a brand new person in the front desk to handle things that she didn't know how to handle. Not a sign of a Manager that cares about their guest. If I do not hear from CANDINCE JONES Monday I will not only call IHG Corporate I will also contact the Management Company if any for the Hotel as well as the Health Department because that is gross that they keep checking people in to these rooms with a Roach Problem.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the area. It is a newer hotel and is in good condition. There is a lot of construction on I-30 and can be tricky finding the hotel. Also, even though you can see the hotel the signage isn't too good. If you pass the entrance it is difficult to get back to the drive. There is only one entrance into the parking lot. I am not sure when development finishes around it if another drive will be created. Our room was clean and spacious, but we had to go and get extra toilet paper and tissue. The front desk staff isn't overly friendly. They are not rude, but you have to talk to them first before they respond. When you walk by for breakfast they just sit at the desk and stare at the computer terminal. I am sure they are handling business, but it would be nice to feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again, but hope that customer service improves.
