Aloft Austin Round Rock

Let me start by saying love the Aloft concept. It is the reason I got the Marriott membership. The way they built this property, they missed the Aloft standards by a mile. There is industrial chic and there is just cheap. This property is on the cheap side. Both nights while I stayed there. There was a group that stayed up till 2AM partying in the patio area. The first night, I thought it was the people next door. Then I realized the second night, I was next door to the storage room. I called the front desk at 1AM and still. The guests did not stop partying till 2AM. I did not get any good sleep for both nights! This was a business trip, some of us need to get up and work in the morning!

Went with family to attend a wedding this past weekend. Room had no place in bathroom to hang a towel or put your stuff while showering. The room had no luggage rack to put suitcases, no pictures are any decorations at all on walls, and the walls are so thin you hear everything inside and outside of hotel. For the price we paid I would not recommend this hotel. The only plus was the room was clean and the staff was nice. Not up to Marriott standards in our book!

We stayed 4 nights at the Aloft Hotel in Round Rock, TX. The hotel was creatively designed and decorated. It exuded a sense of energy. Perfect location, right off the freeway. But best of all was the Front Dedk Manager, Jared King. He was personable, attentive, remembered our names and room #. He was the best overall hotel manager we have interacted with in the past couple of years!

Bad service, bad stuff attitude, bad atmosphere and medium quality facilities. Lound and bad quality music at 1st floor. I only stayed a few days there and felt uncomfortable. I didn't even have the "welcome thank you for being en elite platinum member" from the front desk when I arrived. I don't recommend it.

Memorial Day Weekend, after our airbnb fell apart, Aidyn Moy saved us and provided a beautiful king room at the last minute! The kindness and comfort we experienced will make us Aloft travelers for life!!!
