Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel

I had to travel to Richardson for a 3-week business trip and stayed at The Renaissance. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The atrium style design provides an impressive view upon arrival. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I was greeted by the staff in all my comings and goings. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed. The room was spacious. The arm chair was nice and decorative, just a little stiff and not as comfortable as I would like for reclining. The bed was the perfect firmness, with king-sized pillows. I slept well the entire time I was there. In house dining options were good. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and highly recommend The Renaissance.

Clean hotel, kind and helpful front desk staff for checking in. Was recognized with my Platinum status and upgraded to a large suite. If you are facing away from the highway and towards the parking garage and convention center, then road noise is not an issue. Lounge was not operating on the weekend, but I was still able to go in to get waters, and they proactively provided a coupon for breakfast in restaurant instead.

Find another hotel. I have stayed here before a few years ago it’s now very run down. Rooms are not clean , and everything is dated. I asked staff if any upgrades available and they said we don’t ever do those .. why am I giving you my loyalty. I travel for work request. Not the case at other Marriotts. I arrived late and ordered room service. Chicken was raw, called done stairs and they said “did I take a picture”. Lots of other hotels in the area. I am changing hotels for tonight stay. I don’ t recommend this place.

Beautiful property with very attentive and professional staff. Mary and Juliet who work the front lobby are so professional!! They always make me feel like I am home. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are always extremely clean!!
