Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Portland Corpus Christi

We were there for the weeked. Unfortunately one of us got sick with flu and left a digital thermometer behind in our room . I did not notice till I started unpacking. I called same day (2/4) and spoke to Deann..she stated wld call me back ( no call back), I spoke to Mark 2/5) said he wld ck and call me back (no call back). I finally called back and spoke to Mgr .Rem..I don't know exact spelling of his name..he has a heavy accent. Anyway mgr stated to me they are not responsible for items left behind...and his staff always return items left behind..i mentioned to him obviously they don't because of the thermometer not being returned. He went on and argued with me stating I was accusing his staff of stealing and that I was attacking his staff. I can deal with my lost but not with the attitude and service from the Mgr. The hotel room was clean and okay.

We have been disappointed with Hilton properties lately, but this one was amazing! Yes it is fairly new, but the staff, the cleanliness, and a FULL breakfast. Everyone was so nice and so kind. The front desk girl gave us so information on the area and so refreshing!

It’s been a while since we had rented a room and felt super welcomed. This past weekend was just a perfect weekend. The front b desk made you feel very welcome, the rooms were very cleaned , bed were comfortable, area was great and the breakfast was on point. I definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the best Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Everything was top notch, from the location to the housekeeping. I have no complaints at all and will most definitely return the next time I’m in Corpus Christi.

Accessible to either Corpus or Ingleside for work, however construction makes the access a little tricky. Walking distance to a nice restaurant (Peps) and across the highway from other food choices. S was a nice quiet place, but a bit pricey for what it was.
